LeAnne Andersen is VP of Global HR Services for Best Buy, a multinational retailer of technology and entertainment products and services. She is responsible for creating and executing strategies to ensure human capital excellence to support the financial growth goals of the company. This includes managing Best Buy’s partnerships with external human resource providers. Andersen chairs The Buyers Group leadership committee. The Buyers Group membership is comprised of large market human resource operations buyers dedicated to maturing the relatively young industry. Prior to joining Best Buy in 1999, Andersen held a variety of leadership roles at Target Corporation. Areas of emphasis included business transformation, supply chain optimization and a commitment to external partnerships. Andersen graduated with a bachelor of arts from Minnesota State University at Mankato where she majored in journalism and mass communication. She also has a master’s of business administration from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln.

Lori Austin is director of HR vendor management for Duke Energy. She leads the vendor management function for HR which includes overall supplier governance, contract compliance and planning. Before joining HR in 2007, Lori spent several years in Duke Energy’s supply chain department where she was Manager of HR Sourcing. In both of these roles, Lori has led numerous supplier contract negotiations and developed governance programs that include contract compliance monitoring, supplier performance management, and issues management. Lori has over 20 years experience in the Energy industry and over 5 in sourcing and vendor management. A native of Charlotte, NC, Lori received a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from North Carolina State University.
 
Rebecca Callahan

Rebecca Callahan is the president of SourceRight Solutions, a division of SFN Group, Inc. (NYSE: SFN). She has responsibility for strategic development and execution of business growth and operational excellence to continue to drive the company’s capabilities and leadership in integrated sourcing strategies that include recruitment process outsourcing (RPO), managed service programs and contractor compliance solutions. Callahan was appointed to her present role in September 2009, having previously served as senior vice president of RPO for SourceRight Solutions. Since early 2008, Callahan has led the company’s RPO business, successfully implementing a strategy that included international expansion and an enhanced value proposition, as well as a more flexible and scalable operating model. Under her leadership, SourceRight Solutions has received some of the highest accolades in the industry, including the top score for client satisfaction and service quality in HRO Today’s 2009 ‘Baker’s Dozen’ ranking. Callahan joined Spherion in 2003 as vice president of the assessment group, followed by a role as senior vice president of sales where she was instrumental in the development of the company’s client acquisition strategy. She has more than 20 years of extensive sales and business operations experience in the services industry and has held senior sales positions at both private and publicly traded companies including Blue Pumpkin Software and PageNet. Callahan is a compelling and articulate speaker and has shared her knowledge of sourcing and talent acquisition strategies at numerous conferences and symposia. She is a trustee of the Human Resources Outsourcing Association (HROA) and a board member of the RPO Alliance, a special interest group of the HROA, formed to address the need for unbiased, vendor-neutral information about the growing RPO industry.

As Associate Partner in the Human Resources (HR) Services Group at TPI, Debora draws upon extensive outsourcing and HR management experience to help clients clearly define appropriate outsourcing service delivery strategy, implement their outsourcing decision and develop effective relationships with their vendors. Debora has been involved in more than 100 engagements with Global 1000 companies, ranging from strategic assessments to service provider selection to contract negotiations, benchmarking and renegotiations. As the HR Competency Leader for Contract Negotiations and Benchmarking, Debora has been involved in negotiating over 50 HR agreements and conducting renewal strategy engagements. She also manages the capture and assimilation of information into TPIs HR Mark-to-Market database of industry pricing and terms information. Debora also has significant experience with global service delivery across all HR functions. Her career includes a 10-month expatriate assignment in the United Kingdom in 2006, where in addition to supporting European client work, she worked to establish standard European service delivery models, as well as advisory materials on significant European issues that affect HR transformation. A few examples of Debora’s global HR contracting experience include transactions for pharmaceutical, high-tech, manufacturing, consumer products, financial services and oil and gas companies, including each of the Global HRO providers. As a recognized thought leader in the industry, Debora is a frequent speaker at industry conferences and contributor to industry research. Debora led TPIs collaboration with Tier I service providers to establish industry-standard service level metrics and pricing units for the HR marketplace, which have been adopted by the Human Resources Outsourcing Association (HROA) as global standards. She recently published the inaugural HROA Benchmark Study. Currently, she is leading a research initiative to quantify the business value of HR transformation. As a Partner in TPI’s HR Practice, Jeff assists clients with the evaluation, negotiation, implementation, governance and management of various human resources (HR) sourcing-related initiatives. With more than 25 years in HR and benefits outsourcing, HR consulting and HR shared services management responsibilities, Jeff brings a broad range of strategic and operational expertise to his clients. Jeff has also been involved in a number of global HR and Payroll sourcing projects and has extensive experience in helping companies develop their international sourcing strategy. In January 2007, Jeff relocated from New York to London to run the Firm's European HR practice where he was also an active member of TPI’s European management team. Jeff moved back to New York in the first quarter of 2008 and has responsibility for the coordination of HR services across TPI’s three regions Americas, EMEA and AsiaPac. Jeff is a long-standing member of the firm’s global HR Practice management team. Jeff began his career in the early 1980s with Kwasha Lipton and through a series of mergers served as a partner with that firm as well with all the subsequent merged organizations - Coopers & Lybrand, PwC and Mellon Financial. During that 22-year period, Jeff created one of the leading benefit/HR shared service centers, growing it from inception to more than 1,400 employees working from three locations. In addition, Jeff was one of four individuals responsible for setting the strategic direction of the firm’s outsourcing business. During the course of his career, Jeff has been involved in hundreds of strategic assessments and RFP projects. As a sourcing advisor, his clients have included Bank of America, Sears, Dow Chemical, PNC Financial, Tenet Healthcare, Time Warner and Cadbury Schweppes. In 2004, Jeff also led the service provider selection process for Sun Microsystems, which at the time was one of the first truly global transformational HRO projects. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the State University of New York at Plattsburg. In addition, Jeff has been a featured speaker at a number of outsourcing conferences and has been quoted frequently in newspaper and magazine articles. Jeff is based in Nyack, New York just north of New York City.
 
Ian J Dawson

A UK National, Ian has over 20 years experience in HR and recruitment related outsourcing and has been responsible for the design of some of SourceRight Solutions’ largest recruitment process outsourcing engagements. Ian began his career with Bain Clarkson in the UK, working as a consultant for a wide range of clients. He moved to Aon Consulting in 1990 and held a number of positions including operational responsibility for some of the firm’s largest outsourcing offices and finally as the National Sales Director, covering all UK services and offices. In 2002, Ian moved to the United States with Aon HR Outsourcing based in New York and was a Senior Vice President working with some of the firm’s largest clients and prospects. He also worked as a leader for the team responsible for developing the emerging European HR Outsourcing operation. Having returned to Europe for a year, Ian joined SourceRight in 2005 and since then has led the Solution Design Team, which is responsible for creating the strategies and processes to support SourceRight’s Strategic Talent Optimization engagements. Currently head of Global Solutions, Ian holds Black Belt qualifications in Six Sigma & Lean Six Sigma and brings a breadth of experience in outsourcing, solution design and client management. When not helping organizations recruit better, Ian is a fanatical supporter of Birmingham City FC, an unlikely runner and frazzled father trying to figure out recently teenaged daughters!
 
Debbi Dameshek Francl

Debbi joined Hewitt in 1994 as a Customer Service representative, just as Hewitt was beginning to implement Customer Service Centers. Over the last 16 years, Debbi has provided support to over 100 of Hewitt's outsourcing clients around the world. In 1998, she relocated to Toronto to lead the creation of Hewitt's first Canadian Customer Service Center, including the implementation of 13 Canadian outsourcing clients. Once that Center was stabilized, Debbi moved back to Hewitt's global operation to focus on operational enhancements to the global customer experience, including the creation of shared multi-client teams and a more comprehensive approach to training and content management. In 2001, Debbi was asked to join Hewitt's HR BPO business as the Director of Customer Experience. In that role, Debbi has helped to establish multiple customer channels and access points, such as web portals, web chat, online case management and the phone, through which employees, managers and HR professionals may access their information and process HR, Benefits and Payroll transactions. Today, Debbi continues to challenge Hewitt and Hewitt's clients to provide outstanding support to the consumers of HR services.

Marissa Hedengren

Marissa Hedengren is the vice president of Human Resources Operations and Business Change Services for Prudential Financial. As the senior operations leader for Human Resources, Hedengren’s responsibilities include the management of the Hewitt Relationship, which is one of the company’s largest outsourcing endeavors. She is also accountable for the integrated planning and implementation of changes to HR’s products and services, and the overall project management framework and requirements that guide business partners. Hedengren is also leading the function’s strategy to enhance the overall customer experience, and owns key components of the service delivery model including the HR portal, the HR call centers and customer measurement activities. Upon joining Prudential in 1998, Hedengren assumed the role of vice president in Finance and General Ledger Operations and subsequently oversaw the HR Employee Service Centers for Human Resources that serviced active and retired employees. Upon signing of Prudential’s HR outsourcing contract in 2002, Marissa became the lead transition manager for Prudential. Prior to joining Prudential, Hedengren was a vice president at Chase Manhattan Private Bank where she managed global securities operations on behalf of large net worth clients. She worked in various other management capacities at Chase in Human Resources and Trading and Treasury Operations. Hedengren began her career as an operations management trainee at Chase in 1987. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Cornell University and an MBA in Finance from the Stern School at New York University. Hedengren is also a member of the Beta Gamma Sigma Honor Society.

Key Experience: Guy is the Global Chief Technology Officer (CTO) for the HR & Learning outsourcing business in IBM. He is responsible for setting the short and long term global technology strategy for HR & Learning BTO clients. He has been focussed specifically on Human Resource applications since 1997 with experience covering SAP, Oracle and PeopleSoft global projects. Guy ran IBM’s Oracle/PeopleSoft practice in EMEA for 4 years. Prior to joining TPI, Tony spent more than a decade in senior management positions with leading outsourcing and co-sourcing service providers such as Towers Perrin, Watson Wyatt Worldwide and Wellspring Resources. During this time, he was responsible for a number of functions, including account management, market research, product development, contract negotiation, sales and marketing. Over the course of his 25 year career, Tony has served as the leader on more than 250 DB, DC and H&W RFP projects, and managed dozens of benchmarking and contracting projects. Over the past three years alone, Tony has worked with clients such as Baker Hughes, Bank of America, BHP Billiton, Baxter International, Boeing, Bosch, Continental Automotive, Continental Airlines, Disney, Dominion, Fleetwood, General Motors, H.J. Kevin joined The E. W. Scripps Company in February, 2007 as the Director, Vendor Management. In this role he led the service provider selection, contracting, and the HR Operations retained organization design process for one of the first full-scope mid-market HRO deals. In July 2008, in conjunction with the spinoff of Scripps Networks Interactive, Kevin was promoted to Director, HR Operations and completed the transition of services to ADP COS, which went live in November 2008. Kevin spent the first 11 years of his career in multiple capacities at Fifth Third Bank. He led the development of the Bank’s first benefits open enrollment website and was on the core team who implemented the Lawson HRIS. Kevin was also part of the team that transitioned services to Convergys Employee Care in one of the early large-scale HRO deals. Primarily responsible for core HR, Benefits and Self Service, Kevin also played a key role as an SME for many other work streams. Post conversion Kevin led the implementation of SAP Organization and Position Management as well as Manager Self Service in his role as E-HR Manager. SkillSet software was acquired by Hire.com in 2001 as a part of industry consolidation. Prior to SkillSet, Mr. White held several individual contributor roles in recruiting and finance in the San Francisco Bay Area. He received a BBA in Accounting from the University of San Diego in 1985. Mr. White is married, with two children and lives in San Diego, CA.

Barbara joined Accenture in October of 2009 as the Global HR BPO Offering Lead in the BPO Growth Platform. She is responsible for shaping and enhancing the Offering to ensure it is compelling and competitive in the market. Prior to joining Accenture, Barbara was one of the first employees of Exult, a company which was created to do HR Outsourcing for Fortune and Global 100s. She was responsible for sales, accounts, and operations for a mixed portfolio of clients. The company grew to $500 mil in revenue and 2,000 employees in five years. Exult was acquired by Hewitt Associates where Barbara was responsible for sales, accounts, and operations for the Financial Services Portfolio. Before that, Barbara was both a Vice President of Utility Operations and a Vice President of Human Resources at Pacific Gas & Electric Company (PG&E). She holds an M.S. from Cornell University and a B.A. from Skidmore College.
