Chef Jason Atherton

Jason Atherton was the first British chef to complete a stage at Spain’s famous elBulli restaurant in 1998. This invaluable experience laid the foundation for his unique creative style and fuelled his insatiable thirst for culinary knowledge.

His flagship restaurant ‘Pollen Street Social’ opened in April 2011 in Mayfair and was awarded a coveted Michelin star within six months of opening.

Chef Atherton has gone on to launch restaurants in Shanghai, Hong Kong and Singapore, with plans for Dubai and Australia. In London, he owns Berners Tavern, Social Eating House and Little Social. He also plans to open City Social and Typing Room later this year.

Aberdeen Street Social

Recognising that Hong Kong is the social hub of Asia and always ready for new concepts, Jason Atherton and entrepreneur Yenn Wong join forces once again to launch Aberdeen Street Social - opening at PMQ on 20 May 2014. Aberdeen Street Social will be the epitome of deformalised fine dining with modern British food.

* Due to the size and weight of the elBulli 2005-2011 seven-volume compendium, the books will be posted to you following the dinner. Purchasers of 'Couple' tickets will be issued one copy of elBulli 2005-2011 between two.
