You may not have been able to dine at elBulli but you now have a chance to spend an evening with its founder, Ferran Adrià, the most inspirational and revolutionary chef of our time. How To Spend It and Ferran Adrià are delighted to announce an additional London event at Michelin-starred City Social on 20 January 2015, extending How To Spend It’s 20th anniversary celebrations. This exceptional dinner will be co-hosted by Ferran Adrià, Michelin-starred chef Jason Atherton and John Ridding, Managing Director of the Financial Times Group. Commencing with a champagne reception, diners will be treated to an elBulli-inspired multi-course menu with wine pairing, and talks from Ferran Adrià and Jason Atherton. They will also receive a signed copy of elBulli 2005-2011* (RRP £425), published by Phaidon Press, a seven-volume compendium of 750 elBulli recipes.
