  Tony Detter, Inflight Sales Group is the Managing Director of Asia’s leading inflight duty free concessionnaire and has nearly 25 years’ experience within the specialty retailing and consulting industries.  During his tenure at Inflight Sales Group, a longtime partner of GuestLogix, Tony has also held titles including VP Marketing and Account Director.   Tim Dunne, an innovation expert, helps individuals, teams and organizations to think and act in ways that enhance their creativity. Tim has real world, large company experience in sales, finance and management, which combined with his advanced study of Creativity and Change Management give him insights on leading organizations to sustain growth over the long haul.  At the GuestLogix User Group Conference, Tim will be addressing how to overcome unconscious stifling behaviours, by highlighting specific, simple behaviours that can strengthen your culture for better creativity and innovation!


  Michelle Fischer, NCR Travel is Vice President of Strategy & Marketing for NCR Travel, accountable for thought leadership, performance-based marketing programs, and global sales enablement across all segments of the travel industry, including airline and airport, car rental and ground transportation.  Fischer joined NCR in 2012 from travel software company Sabre Airline Solutions®, where she held a number of leadership roles within product management, marketing and professional services over a span of 10 years.  Most recently, Fischer was Director of Point-of-Sale Product Management and Marketing, responsible for defining and driving the multi-year strategy behind mobile, web, kiosk and agent-facing SaaS solutions for more than 60 airlines worldwide.
