Participants have the option to sign up for the 18-hole tournament or for the 9-hole tournament. The Deer Creek Golf Club has made three courses on the North Course available for us. The 18-hole tournament will be played on the Diamond and Pearl courses, the 9-hole tournament on the Ruby course. To see the North Course map CLICK HERE.
The 18-hole tournament includes: Lunch on the Course, Tournament - shotgun start at 11:00 am, Power Cart, Putting Green, Post-Tournament Reception & Dinner, Prizes.
The 9-hole tournament includes: Tournament - shotgun start at 2:00 pm, Power Cart, Putting Green, Post-Tournament Reception & Dinner.
Fees are applicable to 13% HST (HST #87467 0920 RT0001).

If you are unable to attend the Golf Tournament, we would welcome your donation to the Scholarship Fund. Tax receipts are available. Please call the Ontario Long Term Care Association at (647) 256 3490 to make your donation. Thank you!
Commercial Members are eligible to register up to one foursome and must be a sponsor of the tournament. This allows regular members to have an opportunity to play.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellations must be sent in writing to kirsten@bayleygroup.com by June 28, 2019 for a refund less $50 administration fee. NO REFUNDS after this date unless doctor's note provided. Substitutions are permitted at no additional cost.
