* Sanofi Genzyme participants travelling independent of guest physicians will be required to take a taxi from the airport to Tivoli Hotel & Congress Center. Return transfers will be provided.

** Only necessary shoulder nights will be covered by the Sanofi Genzyme EU budget, i.e. if you are unable to travel on Friday morning and arrive in time to attend the opening session of the meeting and/or return home on the Saturday evening following the meeting end at 1530hrs.

The costs incurred for invited Speakers/Chairpersons from your country will be fully covered by the Sanofi Genzyme EU Gaucher Team, Naarden

123,00 Euro - est. Arrival Transfer (net rate, based on a sedan car – max of 3 people in the car)

103,85 Euro (775 DKK) - DDR (lunch and afternoon coffee break and an allowance for the meeting room hire)
60,00 Euro - Welcome Dinner (includes dinner and drink, and including VAT)

Saturday, 1st April, 2017
110,55 Euro (825 DKK) - DDR (morning coffee break and lunch and an allowance for the meeting room hire)
104,00 Euro - est. Return Transfer (net rate, based on a sedan car – max of 3 people in the car – this cost is 
expected to be less, per person, because group transfers will be arranged wherever possible)

Extra expenses
Please note that while the meeting sponsor will cover your overnight accommodation cost on March 31st, you will be responsible for paying any extra personal costs incurred (such as room service, wifi, mini-bar, etc) direct to the hotel at the time of check-out. Therefore the hotel will request a copy of your credit card as part of the check-in process.

Insurance
Please note that HCP's are responsible for ensuring they have adequate travel insurance cover to allow them to travel to the event and for their time on site in Copenahgen. Sanofi Genzyme does not provide any coverage.

Schedule
The meeting will begin at 13:00hrs on Friday 31st March (a welcome lunch will be provided from 11:45hrs to 12:45hrsand will end on Saturday 1st April at 15:30hrs.

Flights and Travel 
  • Please ensure your flight arrives in to Copenahgen no later than 11:00hrs on Friday 31st March
  • All departure flights must not leave Copenahgen before 18:00hrs on Saturday 1st April to allow time to transfer to the airport and check in (the transfer time is approx. 15-25 minutes)
  • Transfers - Please ensure you provide us with your correct flight details to ensure we can arrange appropriate ground transfers for your arrival and departure. Sanofi Genzyme colleagues may share transfers with healthcare professionals if arriving on the same flight 
  • Please ensure an individual mobile number is provided for each participant in case of any difficulty with transfer arrangements upon arrival into Copenhgen. 

Pre-travel Information 
You will receive a pre-travel email communication with useful logistic information approximately 10 days before the start of the meeting.

Language
All symposium sessions will be in English. There will be no simultaneous translation.

  • Each invited delegate wishing to participate in this symposium is requested to complete the registration form at the following page of the registration website - LINK to Registration form. 
  • PLEASE NOTE that the registration deadline is Friday 3rd March 2017. It will still be possible to make modifications to registered delegates up to Friday 10 March 2017
  • Please contact your local meeting sponsor contact if you need assistance registering. 
  • Upon arrival at the hotel, please proceed to the Welcome & Information Desk to receive your registration package.

Passports and visas
Entry to Denmark is granted to all foreigners possessing valid travel documents. Participants requiring a visa are kindly requested to contact the nearest Danish embassy or consulate on time. Danish embassy’s around the world have a list with all nationalities that require a visa to enter the country.
