Eduardo E. Cordeiro
Executive Vice President and CFO
Cabot Corp

Eddie Cordeiro is Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Cabot Corporation, and is a member of the company’s Executive Committee.

In his current role, Eddie has oversight for all financial functions, as well as information technology, purchasing, and corporate communications.  He also has responsibility for the corporate strategy function for the Company, as well as strategy development and portfolio management.

Since joining Cabot in 1998, he has held several senior management positions. He has also managed several of Cabot’s operating businesses acting as General Manager of the Fumed Metal Oxides and Supermetals businesses, as well as leading the Superior MicroPowders business development activities. Prior to joining Cabot, he was a consultant with the Boston Consulting Group. 

Eddie is on the board of FMC Corporation, one of the world’s foremost, diversified chemical companies with leading positions in agricultural, industrial and consumer markets.

Eddie earned his MBA from Harvard Business School and a B.A. in Economics from Harvard University.

 
Ed Crooks
US Industry and Energy Editor
Financial Times

Ed Crooks is US industry and energy editor for the Financial Times, based in New York.

Since joining the FT in 1999, Crooks has served as energy editor, UK news editor and economics editor based in London.

Prior to this, he was an economics correspondent for the BBC, reporting both on television and radio. Crooks has also served as a reporter and editor for Investors Chronicle, as well as an economic analyst for the Institute for Fiscal Studies.

He is a graduate of Oxford University with a degree in Philosophy, Politics and Economics (PPE).

 
Todd Gibbons
Vice Chairman and Chief Financial Officer
BNY Mellon

Todd Gibbons is a Vice Chairman of BNY Mellon and the company’s Chief Financial Officer, responsible for the controller, treasury, investor relations, strategic planning, corporate development and tax functions, as well as its leasing businesses.

Prior to this position, Mr. Gibbons was Chief Risk Officer, overseeing credit, operational and market risk management of the company and The Bank of New York for nearly a decade. Under his leadership, The Bank of New York dramatically enhanced its risk profile in the years leading up to the merger with Mellon Financial.

He also served as CFO of The Bank of New York for almost a year prior to the merger.

Todd first joined The Bank of New York in 1986 and held top management positions in the capital markets business, including head of global treasury, with responsibility for asset and liability management, funding, money market trading, swaps and derivative products.

Prior to joining The Bank of New York, Mr. Gibbons was assistant treasurer at Handy and Harman, a leading refiner, processor and fabricator of precious metals.

He is a member of BNY Mellon’s Executive Committee, the organization’s most senior management body, which oversees day-to-day operations, and chairman of the company’s Benefits Investment Committee. Mr. Gibbons serves on the board of managers of ConvergEx Holdings, LLC and board of directors of PHH Corporation (NYSE:PHH). He is also on the advisory board of Wake Forest University's Business School and the board of the Summit Area YMCA.

Mr. Gibbons holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Wake Forest University and an MBA from Pace University.

 
Balkrishan ‘BK’ Kalra
Senior Vice President and Business Leader, Consumer Goods, Retail, and Life Sciences
Genpact

BK Kalra currently leads the Consumer Goods, Retail, and Life Sciences verticals globally across all service lines for Genpact. He adds more than 19 years of finance, operations, and business process management experience to the Genpact senior leadership team. 

BK has been with Genpact for over 13 years and has been instrumental in winning a number of key clients in multiple verticals. He managed many large finance and accounting (F&A) accounts for Genpact, and later moved into leading global operations for Genpact’s F&A business before he was appointed to his present role a few years ago. BK has successfully worked with global CFOs of Fortune 100 companies and has managed all key F&A processes including accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, closing/reporting, financial planning and analysis, tax, and treasury.

Prior to joining Genpact, he worked in investment banking and private equity for five years.  A certified Lean and Six Sigma Black Belt, BK received an undergraduate degree in chemical engineering and earned an MBA in finance.

 
James Lusk
CFO
ABM Industries

James Lusk is Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer of ABM.  Mr. Lusk oversees the Company’s Accounting, Corporate Treasury, Mergers & Acquisition, IT, Shared Services, Internal Audit, Investor Relations, Insurance, and Strategic Solutions organizations.  Founded in 1909, ABM, with over $4 billion in revenues, provides integrated facility services to clients in multiple industries across the U.S. and internationally.

Mr. Lusk came to ABM in 2007 from Avaya, where he was VP, Business Services & COO for Europe, the Middle East and Africa.  Previously, Mr. Lusk was EVP, CFO and Treasurer of Bioscrip/MIM Corporation.  Earlier, he held several senior finance and operations roles at Lucent Technologies and its predecessor organization, AT&T.

Mr. Lusk is a Director and Audit Committee Chair for Glowpoint, a video technology company. 

He holds an MBA degree in Finance from Seton Hall University and graduated cum laude with a B.S. degree in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Jim and his wife, Betty Ann, and their family reside in Basking Ridge, New Jersey.
