Reminder that ALL podium presenters must complete the disclosure process through Amedco (http://disclosure.amedcoedu.com/events/1857).  Completing this process will assure that financial relationships do not result in bias, and is necessary for participants to be able to receive Continuing Medical Education credit. Note that financial relationships not relevant to abstract content do not need to be disclosed.

• A Student Reception will be held prior to the Welcome Reception on Tuesday from 4 – 5:30 PM. (Further information to come)
• The Welcoming Reception on Tuesday evening from 6 – 8 PM in the Grand Hall
• The Artsgarden Reception will be Thursday evening from 6 – 8:30 PM at the Indianapolis Artsgarden
