Because activities receiving Continuing Medical Education credit must be able to document that financial relationships do not result in bias, all presenters must complete the University of Tennessee College of Medicine Commercial Independence form for Speakers. This form is available at this link. Completion of the Commercial Independence form is required for abstract submission.
