Registration Details

Conference Registration Fees
Your Conference Registration Fee entitles you to attend the Opening and Closing Sessions, all breakout sessions, design sessions, guest and / or keynote speakers, the Solutions Lounge and all evening networking activities. Payment of your registration fee is due within ten (10) business days from the receipt of your conference registration. Payment may be made via credit card or company check.


Registration Confirmation
You will receive a confirmation via email once your completed registration form has been submitted.


Hotel Information
The nightly guest room rate at the hotel is $159.00 per night (single or double occupancy), plus applicable taxes and fees. These rates are available up to three (3) days pre- and post- conference.

All conference attendees MUST utilize We-Ko-Pa Resort & Conference Center accommodations in order to attend the conference. You will receive instructions for making your hotel reservation once your conference registration has been received.

Hotel reservations must be made prior to September 7, 2018. Late hotel registrations are subject to space and availability at the hotel and may be at a higher rate.


Registration Substitution and Cancellation Policy
If you register for the conference and cannot attend, another person from your company may attend in your place. If a substitute is not available, you may receive a full refund of your registration fee (less a $75.00 administrative charge) if your notice of cancellation is received by September 7, 2018. After this date, no refunds will be given.
