THE PINNACLE VANCOUVER HARBOURSIDE HOTEL HAS SOLD OUT FOR THE DATES OF THE FRIENDSHIP FORCE INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE. WE HAVE SECURED DISCOUNTED ROOMS AT A NEARBY HOTEL. PLEASE FIND INFORMATION FOR BOOKING AT THE COAST COAL HARBOUR HOTEL BELOW.

BREAKFAST:

Friendship Force conference delegates can enjoy a full buffet breakfast in the hotel's p2b bistro & bar for a specially discounted rate of $27 CAD (plus GST) per person. Any breakfasts consumed at the hotel will be added to your bill when you check out.

Coast Coal Harbour Hotel
Because of the amazing response to our conference, the Pinnacle Vancouver Harbourfront Hotel cannot accommodate all of our delegates. To best serve our conference delegates, we have reserved another block of hotel rooms in a nearby hotel with the same reduced rate.

ROOM DATE/RATE AVAILABILITY:

We strongly advise you to reserve your room(s) for check-in on Friday Aug. 28th and check-out on Monday Aug. 31st.

The conference officially begins at 9:00 am on Saturday Aug. 29th and ends at 12:00 pm on Monday Aug. 31st. There will be a (optional) welcome reception and entertainment on Friday evening, Aug. 28th. Please see the "Agenda" tab above for a detailed schedule.

If you are interested in arriving in Vancouver early or staying on after the conference for a few days, please note that these special room rates are available to you from August 20th through September 5th, subject to availability. 

ROOMMATES:

If you are traveling alone but would like to be paired with a roommate(s) please reserve a room as instructed above and then contact the Conference Director at conf@thefriendshipforce.org. Please include your name, check-in and check-out dates and hotel booking confirmation number. We will do our best to find you a roommate and notify you quickly if one is available.

GETTING HERE:

The hotel is located 25 minutes (about 10 miles) from Vancouver International Airport (YVR). Subway service is $9 CAD (one way); and estimated taxi fare $40 CAD (one way). 

OTHER ACCOMMODATION OPTIONS:

You may book your room at other Vancouver hotels instead but be sure to check on the distance to our conference hotel so that you are not spending a lot of time or money traveling each day or between sessions. (See MAP under hotel address above for exact location)
