CCURI Travel Policy
1. Airfare must be booked at least 6 weeks prior to the event through Julie O’Dell at Town and Country Travel. Any fees incurred due to changes made after booking are the responsibility of the individual and will not be paid by CCURI.
2. CCURI can only reimburse for the approved ground transportation methods listed on the event website.
3. If participation in the event is cancelled after airfare is booked, the individual will be responsible for the entire cost of the airfare. If cancellation occurs within 72 hours of event, the individual will also be responsible for the cost of hotel room.
4. Additional room nights will only be approved in cases where available flights would result in missing all of the programming for that day. Approval must be given by CCURI prior to airfare booking.
Reimbursement Policy
To receive reimbursement for trip you must follow the CCURI reimbursement policy and submit original, itemized receipts along with an expense report. The reimbursement policy can be downloaded here and the expense report can be downloaded here.
