Chief Officers have an increased level of responsibility and require specialized leadership training. The courses in the CHIEF program will equip you with the knowledge and resources needed to excel in this critical role. In addition, the courses meet the job performance requirements of NFPA 1021 and are backed by the International Association of Fire Chiefs. Colorado is currently the only state chiefs conference offering the CHIEF level courses.

Fire Leadership Challenge is offering CHIEF II this year. The CHIEF II level courses are designed for those currently serving as a chief officer or those considering moving into a more executive level role.
