General Information

 

Convention Registration

Convention seating is limited and will be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis so be sure to register as early as possible to secure your space. The registration fee is $125 per person. To Register, simply click on the New Registration button on any of our event website pages.
 


Activities

There are a lot of activities in Florida to choose from. On our Activities page, you will find many of the options available to you. You can register for the Golf Tournament at a cost of $200 per person as part of your Registration, or you can enjoy any number of other activities by contacting the Hotel or the attraction directly.
 


Hotel Information

We have negotiated an excellent discounted rate for attendees of our convention. The discounted rate is $160 per night for a standard room and $185 per night for a one bedroom suite. For the best availability make plans immediately. Reservations will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. The discounted rate is a limited time offer so book before January 28th, 2013 to receive the discounted rate.You can book your room as part of your registration.
 


Guests

Spouses and other guests are welcome to attend any of the evening events at no additional cost. The Venue offers many opportunities for your spouse/companion to enjoy themselves while you are attending the convention. For additional activity options please see the Activities page of this website. 
 
If you have a spouse/companion attending the evening events with you, please remember to register them as a guest rather than an additional attendee.

Special Needs

We look forward to serving each and every one of you in the best and most efficient way. If any of you have any special needs, please be sure to provide these to us with enough time to properly accommodate you.
 


Dress Code

The meeting event’s dress code will be business casual. Business casual is defined as collared shirt or blouse, sweaters, and nice pants or skirts. Flip flops, shorts, jeans, etc. are not considered business casual. It is preferred that each attendee wear their company shirt to allow for easy distinction.
 


Name Badges

Name badges will be provided to all registered attendees along with your welcome packet during convention check-in. Badges will be required to enter all portions of the convention. Colored lanyards will distinguish each attendee with their industry specific role (i.e. Network Contractor, Non-Network Contractor, Carrier, Vendor, etc.).
 

Meals

There are some meals included in the cost of your registration. Lunch is included on both days of the General Session (Tuesday, February 19th, and Wednesday, February 20th). We will also have light hors d'oeuvres available during the social events. If you are participating in the Golf Tournament, your breakfast on Monday and the 19th Hole reception is included in the cost of your Golf Registration Fee. If you are staying for any of the training on Thursday, you will be on your own for lunch.
