Registration for volunteers is now FULL! 

We are very grateful to have been overwhelmed with volunteers and have now filled all our positions. If you have missed out this year but would like to be considered for the 2017 festival please email admin@luminousevents.com.au and we will get in touch with you next year. 

INFORMATION
We welcome volunteers for the Festival of Bright Ideas. There are many and varied volunteer roles to fill including greeting attendees, guiding school groups, time keeping, exhibitor support and breaks, workshop assistants, distribution of event information, stage support, site maintenance and social media managers. 

A briefing for volunteers will be held on site at Princes Wharf 1 on Thursday 11 August at 5.15pm prior to the festival.

Schools Day - Friday 12th August
Friday - ALL DAY 8.30am-3.30pm
Friday - Session 1. 8.30-11.30am
Friday - Session 2. 10.30am-1.30pm
Friday - Session 3. 12.30am-3.30pm

Public Day - Saturday 13th August 
Saturday - ALL DAY 9.30am-4.30pm

Saturday - Morning 9.30am-1pm
Saturday - Afternoon 12.30-4.30pm

As a volunteer you'll play an important part in the hosting of an exciting festival that celebrates the wonderful science that is taking place in our state.
