7th Annual Food Defense Strategy Exchange

Each year the FDSE brings together food and security professionals engaged in thought provoking dialogue on food defense challenges and best practices. Day 2 of this year's conference will be a joint session with the Food Protection and Defense Institute (FPDI).

This year's event will focus on the Food and Drug Administration’s (FDA) Intentional Adulteration rule of the Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA). Come May 31, the final version of this ruling will require all food companies to proactively work to protect against the intentional adulteration of food and ingredients throughout the supply chain.
