Cancellation Policy
  • Delegate Registration cancellations received by email or mail to Leading Infrastructure Pty Ltd 14 calendar days, or more, prior to conference commencement, will be refunded the registration fee less $75 + GST.
  • Delegate Registrations cancelled less than 14 calendar days prior to conference commencement, will NOT BE refunded the registration fee.
  • Cancellations and substitutions must be confirmed in writing by Leading Infrastructure Pty Ltd to be valid. If no confirmation is received please call 0448 777 058.
  • It is FREE to transfer a delegate registration to another person from the same organisation. To make such a transfer this must be confirmed in writing with Leading Infrastructure Pty Ltd in advance of the conference.
  • Any cancellation refunds will only be returned to the original payment method. 

Privacy Policy

In registering for this event the registratnt may be sent marketing materials on future conferences. Relevant details may also be incorporated into a delegate list for the benefit of all delegates attending. In addition details may be incorporated into a delegate list for the benefit of parties directly related to this event including major sponsors and exhibitors or other partners. Payment may be made either:
  • Online at time of registration by Debit or Credit Card (Amex, VISA or Mastercard) or PayPal (Any cancellation refunds will only be returned to the original payment method)

    • Payments are due within 7 Days of registration/ invoicing.
