Official Service Contractor
 Viper Tradeshow Services is the official service contractor for SOMA 2020. The service kit will be emailed in March to the company contact provided during the application process. For questions about shipping, drayage, custom furniture and furniture orders please contact Viper Tradeshow Services at 847-426-3100.
Exhibitor Badges Exhibit booth fees includes two (2) exhibit hall only exhibitor badges. Additional booth Exhibitor badges can be purchased for $100 each. Badges include access to the exhibit hall only and SOMA functions held in the exhibit hall during exhibit days, including the Welcome Reception. To attend conference events and functions held outside of the exhibit hall, Exhibitors must register as full assembly or single-day registrants at the prevailing rates in order to receive continuing education hours. Assembly registration can be accessed by visiting the SOMA Main website.
To receive your complimentary Exhibitor badges you must use the code provided in your Exhibitor registration email that was or will be sent following your exhibit space confirmation.
Again This Year! All exhibitor and sponsor names, logos and descriptions will be listed on the SOMA Vendor Directory, located on the SOMA website, through June 30, 2020. The directory listing will provide your company with exposure to all SOMA members and website visitors. For more information on Exhibitor Enhancements, click here.
Early Booth Dismantle By signing up for a booth, you agree to keep your booth open, stocked and staffed until the end of the show. You will be fined for closing early, and may be prevented from participating in future SOMA conferences. Book your travel based on the show hours.
Conference Shipments Absolutely no shipments should be sent directly to the convention center before May 11, 2020. Any materials sent directly to the convention center prior to May 11 may be refused by the convention center. Costs incurred by Viper Tradeshow Services or SOMA due to shipment receiving and storage including all material handling charges, will be billed to the exhibiting company. |
