Oni Chukwu, CEO & President

Oni was appointed etouches Chief Executive Officer in September 2013 and is a member of the company’s Board of Directors. He is responsible for the company’s vision, global strategy and day-to-day operations. His focus is on accelerating the company’s leading market position and global growth.

A veteran software industry executive and entrepreneur, he most recently served as the Executive Vice President of Triple Point Technology, the global leader for in-cloud commodities management software. In summer of 2013, he completed the successful sale of Triple Point to a strategic acquirer.

Oni is a frequent speaker on entrepreneurship and technology industry topics at several business forums, including the annual World Entrepreneurship Summit (WES) and the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG).

Oni holds a Masters of Business Administration from the University of New Haven.

Matthew Fish, Chief Financial Officer

Matthew joined etouches in January 2015 as Chief Financial Officer focused on leading and aligning the finance function to be in lock-step with the needs of the business.  He will oversee all aspects of financial activities including financial planning and reporting, investor relations, taxes, treasury and risk management.

With 20 years of experience in the technology, financial services and business consulting industries, Matthew most recently served as the Chief Financial Officer for TuneSat, a leading SaaS technology company that revolutionizes the way music copyrights are identified, reported and monetized.

Prior to TuneSat, he served as the CFO for JP Morgan Equities Technology and Head of North American Finance & Business Management for Deutsche Bank Private Bank.

Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management Information Systems from the University of Albany, SUNY.

Nicola Rossetti, Vice President, Global Marketing

Nicola joined etouches in November 2011 as the Vice President of Strategy, and in 2013 was appointed Vice President of Global Marketing leading the company’s growth with innovative and metric oriented marketing, concentrating on a global user experience. His focus is on establishing etouches as an industry thought leader – continuing to build on the company’s phenomenal growth.

Nicola brings over a decade of knowledge and experience from the events industry. Most recently, Nicola served as an Executive Board Member for Colloquium Group, a professional congress organizer. While at Colloquium, he led global development and managed several teams simultaneously. His expertise on technology, social media, and marketing automation make him a frequent speaker at events including MPI TechCon, EVENTtech, Meetings Technology Expo and ADME Innovation Summit.

Nicola holds a Bachelor of Science from University Paris XIII and a Masters in Computer Science and Business from the EMC School.

Kathleen Roberge, Vice President, Global Sales

Kathleen joined etouches in January 2014 as the Vice President of Global Sales where her focus is to achieve company revenue and growth objectives. Her responsibilities include implementing programs for new client acquisition, expanding relationships with existing clients and developing growth strategies through new customers and markets.

With 18 years of sales leadership and market growth experience in the hosted technology space, she most recently served as Compushare’s Chief Business Development Officer. Kathleen helped complete the successful sales of Compushare to D+H in 2013.

Kathleen has spoken at more than 40 technology events and has received recognition for her leadership in the technology space. She served as a board member for the Association for Financial Technology for five years, where she was also the President.

Kathleen holds a Bachelor of Science in Business and Corporate Communications from Fairfield University.

Steve Mackenzie, Vice President, Global Channels

Steve joined etouches in June 2011, initially managing the global sales team and named Vice President of Global Channels in 2013 to focus on the global channel partner growth – a key component of etouches continued success.

Steve is a 20 year veteran in the event software industry and has held executive roles such as Director of Operations Australia/Pacific for Micros, Managing Director Asia Pacific (and then Vice-President Global Sales and Marketing) for Ungerboeck Systems International, and Vice President Global Sales for ASP Events.

A frequent speaker at various conferences around the world on the topic of event technology, Steve spends a lot of his time attending events and sharing his knowledge. Steve is a guest lecturer annually at the VMA’s Public Venue Management School in Australia.

Steve holds a Diploma in Hospitality Management from the University of Southern Queensland/Griffith University.

Julian Ward, Chief Customer Officer


Julian joined etouches in November 2008 to create and build the global support team for the etouches platform. In September 2013 he was appointed Chief Customer Officer – responsible for the support, implementation, professional services and ongoing client relations globally.

Julian has become an expert in the customer service and technology space having held a variety of positions. Prior to etouches, Julian headed up the regional internal support initiatives and global deployments at Garter Inc. – creating best practices and user acceptance for several Fortune 100 companies. He was also the Event Director for info' Products UK , a startup that produced and ran high-level hosted buyer events in financial, healthcare and datacenter technologies space.

Julian holds a Diploma in Computer Science from South East Essex College of Arts and Technology (SEECAT).

Shane Edmonds, Chief Technology Officer

Shane joined etouches in April 2014 as the Chief Technology Officer focused on executing etouches’ technology vision. His responsibilities include managing the engineering, QA, and product teams to deliver on the etouches’ product roadmap. As a forward-looking technologist, he plays a prominent role in guiding the long-term product vision.

With 20 years of entrepreneurial software engineering and management background, he most recently served as the Chief Technology Officer of Motionsoft, a venture-backed leading provider of CRM, member management, payment processing and billing software solutions.

He was recognized in 2012 as one of the top Washington area CIO/CTO by SmartCEO Magazine.

Shane holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering & Applied Science from Arizona State University.

Alan Ivory, Vice President, Professional Services


Alan joined etouches as the Vice President and General Manager for the Asia Pacific region in February 2013 when etouches acquired the long-time regional partner. In January 2015, Alan was appointed Vice President of Professional Services – overseeing this function globally, he will work with various teams to procure and deliver on-boarding, implementation, training and other paid services requested by customers.

Alan brings his experience and knowledge of over 20 years within the corporate, association and government meetings and event space. Prior to joining etouches, he owned and operated an event management company for 15 years in Asia Pacific, where he produced high profile special events and road shows. Alan’s strength is his ability to assemble, motivate and manage exceptional customers and teams.

Alan holds an undergrad degree from the Auckland University of Technology.
