Summary

This free interactive afternoon, will provide two sessions which delegates will be able to attend.

The first is ‘Insights’ - which is a people development tool that aims to help individuals truly understand themselves and others, inspiring them to make a positive difference in everything they do. This workshop provides an introduction to Insights, its principles and approaches.

The second session is ‘GDPR’ - will cover the key elements of the new data protection legislation which comes into force on 25 May this year. We will focus on what this means for colleges and universities, and the practical steps we can all take to look after the personal data that we have in our care. The session will be interactive with discussion and questions positively encouraged!

Who should attend

Senior executive PAs, administrative teams and others in both the Scottish higher and further education sectors and stakeholder organisations, who wish to share and participate in best practice whilst networking.

Aims

• Provide you with a chance to explore how ‘Insights’ works and gain some initial understanding about personal communication and behavioural preferences and attributes
• Provide you with GDPR practical steps we can all take to look after the personal data that we have in our care.
