Registration fees include meals for the attendee only. If you have a guest joining you, an additional fee has been established to cover the cost of their meal. Please make this selection when you register.

All on-site registration will incur a $25 additional fee. Register early to avoid this charge. All on-site registration fees must be paid by credit card or check payable to SCPMG. Cash will not be accepted.

Children under the age of 18 are not permitted in the meeting and conference meal functions.

CANCELLATION/REFUNDS


There is a $25 cancellation fee for all cancellations. Cancellations are to be submitted via email only to christopher.x1.lin@kp.org by October 1, 2018. There will be no refunds after this date.
