This year the FCC team will be hosting three different workshop sessions, tailored to your needs and demands. 

Session 1: Anti-Bribery & Corruption Management

Part 1: How to comply with FAIM 3.1 audit requirements 
  • The focus of this part is on the FAIM 3.1 ABC audit requirements and how to demonstrate compliance
  • Emphasis will be on the requested procedures, the possible ways of communication and the different types of consent will be explained
Part 2: How can your company demonstrate “Adequate Procedures" to Prevent Bribery & Corruption in case of suspected breach?

  • The focus of this part is beyond the FAIM 3.1 scope and will provide practical tips how you can develop adequate procedures in your own organisation to prevent Bribery and Corruption in case of suspected breach.

Session 2: Data (Privacy) Protection Management

Part 1: How to comply with FAIM 3.1 audit requirements
  • The focus of this part is on the FAIM 3.1 Data(privacy) protection audit requirements and how to demonstrate compliance
  • We will zoom in on the requested procedures, the possible ways of communication and explain the different types of consent
Part 2: EU General Data Protection Regulation (EU-GDPR)
  • The focus of this part is beyond the FAIM 3.1 scope and will be focused on the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
  • The GDPR is considered the most important change in data privacy regulation in 20 years
  • We will zoom in on the key changes and how you practically can prepare in your own organisation

Session 3: FAIM 3.1 Full workshop (only for Affiliates that have a scheduled audit after Dubai)
  • All you need to know about All the FAIM 3.1 new requirements
  • We will take you through all updated & new requirements since FAIM 3.0 and provide practical tips for your upcoming FAIM 3.1 audit
