Refunds and Cancellations
 
Registrations and Sponsorships cancelled on or before May 31 will be refunded less a $100 administrative fee. All refund requests must be made in writing to the event logistics contact. No refunds after the deadline. Substitutions are welcomed. To substitute a registered attendee, return to the registration page to "Modify" the original registration.
 
Payment by check or invoice are net 30 days from registration date.  Payment must be received prior to conference to complete registration.
