Q: Am I able to bring a guest to Channel Partner Expo?
A: Guests may attend only the evening event on Tuesday, March 22. The guest must be 21 years of age or older and at a cost of $250. The fee for the guest will be charged to the credit card on file.

Q: What is not included at Channel Partner Expo?
A: Airfare, transfers to and from the airport, telephone charges, minibar charges, movies, personal incidentals and rental cars will be at your own expense.

Q: When is the registration deadline?
A: The registration deadline is Wednesday, February 17, 2016.

Q: What is the cancellation policy?
A:
Expo Cancellation:
If you are unable to attend after you have registered, you must submit your cancellation no later than March 17, 5:00 pm CST, in writing to ChannelPartnerExpo@motorolaevents.com. Any cancellations after this date, will be assessed the full Expo fee of $450 USD.

Hotel Cancellation and No Shows:
If you change your arrival date or are unable to attend after you have registered, you must submit your cancellation/changes directly to the hotel. Any cancellations/changes within 72 hours of your check-in date will be assessed a penalty of $245.48 USD which is the nightly room rate of $219 USD plus 12% tax.

Q: What should I wear?
A: For business meetings and Motorola Solutions sponsored evenings, business casual attire (including slacks and golf shirts) will be appropriate. Some restaurants may enforce a dress code, especially at Aria Resort & Casino. Men, be prepared to wear a sport coat and tie; for women, an evening dress is suitable. When you are planning outdoor activities, bring along a light jacket or sweater for cooler evening temperatures.

Q: What is the Registration Fee?
A: The cost to attend Channel Partner Expo for all North American partners (U.S. and Canada) is $450 USD (Canadian Partners will be charged the CAD$ equivalent using the Motorola exchange rate at the time of payment) for each partner attendee.2016 Elite partners will be charged $400 USD (which reflects a $50 discount) for each of your company's CPE attendees.  The last day to register for the Expo is February 17, 2016. For more information on Co-op reimbursements and PartnerEmpower status, please refer to the "REGISTRATION & CO-OP FEES" Tab above.

Motorola Co-op funds can be used for CPE registration fees and eligible travel expenses. If your company's Co-op account has insufficient funds to cover the full registration fee prior to CPE, the credit card provided during the registration process will be charged. If your credit card is charged, this charge will appear as Motorola Solutions on your credit card statement. 


Q: My company is eligible for Co-op. How much will I be reimbursed?
A:
Registration Reimbursement:

Registration fees for CPE 2016 of $450 USD (Canadian Partners will be charged the CAD$ equivalent using Motorola exchange rate at time of payment) for each North American (U.S. and Canada) partner attendee for CPE will be deducted from available Co-op funds.  Your credit card will be charged if Co-op funds are not available prior to the event.  If your credit card is charged, you can submit a claim for reimbursement at www.motorolacoop.com.  2016 Elite partners will be charged $400 USD (which reflects a $50 discount) for each of your company's CPE attendees. 


Travel Reimbursement:
Motorola will reimburse every attendee up to $1,000 USD maximum for travel, hotel, parking and mileage submitted through our Co-op program.  Incidental charges accrued at the hotel are the responsibility of the participant. Because Motorola has made a contractual commitment to the ARIA Resort based on attendance, only rooms at the ARIA are eligible for Co-op reimbursement.

Q: Will I receive a pass to IWCE?
A: Yes. If you indicate you will be attending IWCE during the registration process and are registered by March 17th you will receive an email confirmation from IWCE. The email will include a unique bar code and instructions for printing your IWCE pass so make sure to take a copy of the email with you to the Convention Center. If you do not have an email with bar code registration, IWCE offers an onsite "look-up" service so you can print your badge at the Convention Center.
