 The tradeshow is for registered attendees only. 
 
 
What is included with your booth space? 
Your booth space is 10 feet wide and 8 feet deep. There will be 1 six foot table with a linen, and 2 chairs. You will have access to an electrical socket. You must bring your own extension cords and electrical tape. The hotel will not provide these items. You can bring your signage and banners but they must be contained within your allotted space. Be respectful  and ensure you don't have sound from displays or monitors interfering with other exhibitors.

Tradeshow Hours:
Tuesday Nov 26 7:30am - 5:00pm
Wednesday Nov 27 7:30am - 5:00pm  
 
Registered delegates  will visit the trade show during health breaks, lunches and at the end of the day when sessions break. 
Registration is not included with a booth - we recommend that you register for the event to continue the conversations and connect with delegates.Without a registration, you or your booth staff will not have access to sessions or meals.     
 
Set-up Time:
Monday November 25 3:00pm until 8pm 
Set-up can be Tuesday November 26 as long as the display is in place by 7:00am 
 
Dismantle Time:
Wednesday November 27  5:15pm 
Display must be taken down and packed up by 11:00pm

BAG ITEMS:
If you are contributing items to the delegate bag, CHTA requests that you have 400 of the item. They must be received NO LATER THAN November 20.

As a reminder, items for the delegate bags cannot contain the following:  
No hemp leaves, flowers, branches 
No hemp extractions or viable hemp seed 
 
BOOTH KIT:
The Hyatt Regency will only accept prepaid packages. The hotel will refuse any packages delivered COD and the shipper will not receive any notifications. Boxes are $5 per box. Pallets can only be sent to the hotel with advance warning and $100 per pallet will be charged.
Packages can be received at the Hyatt November 21 - 25.  Nothing can be delivered earlier than Nov 21.
