Vali Ali is an HP Fellow, and the Chief Technologist for Security and Privacy for Personal Systems group in HP. He drives vision, architecture, technology development, and evangelization for all security, privacy, and platform enabling hardware, software, and firmware. A keen observer of trends in security, Vali has a track record of seeding ideas and driving them to commercialization. Vali is the chief architect and visionary behind the industry leading platform firmware protection and recovery solution known as HP SureStart and HP Sure Click. In his previous role, Vali was the chief architect of HP ProtectTools® suite of security offerings for business client platforms (including notebooks, desktops, and workstations).
He works closely with HP Labs to guide the research and integrate into HP Personal Systems products. He also collaborates with various HP product and functional groups on legal, privacy, and regulatory implications of various client centric software and hardware offerings. Vali serves as Personal system’s primary security liaison for fortune 50 and security sensitive customers for all direct and partner provided security offerings; frequently speaks to customers about their security needs, and outlines the details of HP's platform technology, strategy and long term vision. He works closely with senior technologists and business leaders across HP as well as partners and customers to collaborate on technology opportunities to make HP’s client security offerings best in the industry.
In addition to security and privacy, Vali’s areas of responsibility and influence span Platform BIOS architecture, Enterprise Manageability, and HP’s vision for Office of the future. In this capacity, Vali collaborates with vast array of leading industry players, business partners, and suppliers for creating new business opportunities.

Don Barker is a seasoned IT professional with over 19 years of experience and works with many enterprise customers as a trusted technical adviser. Don’s background is focused around telephony, video, contact center, unified communications and collaboration. He has worked with Cisco and Microsoft Unified Communications and Collaboration products since 2009 and has prior Avaya, Shoretel, and 3COM experience. Don’s real passion and specialty is working with customers to provide clear guidance and strategy, architectural design and successful solution delivery. Don currently resides in Hudson, Ohio, with his wife and two sons.

Bruce Beals is a Solutions Manager for CDW’s Collaboration team. He has 27 years of experience in networking and unified communications, all focused on understanding the client’s business requirements, goals and vision. Leveraging this experience ensures CDW customers a consistent methodology and expertise across CDW’s collaboration practice. Bruce also keeps a close watch on industry trends and assists in the development of solutions and strategies addressing the continually evolving unified communications landscape. Nathan Coutinho leads CDW’s Collaboration, Mobility and Productivity business, which makes up the Digital Workspace practice. Coutinho leads strategy and execution of the entire practice along with managing a tenured leadership team with several teams of solution and technical architects. Coutinho has more than 20 years of experience in the IT industry with various roles in consulting, engineering, marketing, management and technical sales. Most recently, Coutinho led project-based strategy and business development activities, supporting multiple groups within CDW. His previous responsibilities included managing a national practice of storage and virtualization field solution architects, managing the strategy and execution for assessment teams and technology labs and evaluating emerging technologies. Coutinho holds a bachelor of science in management information systems with a minor in accounting from Indiana State University.

Steven has over 20 years of sales, marketing and consulting experience across the software, services and hardware industries. In his current role, Steven is responsible for driving Intel’s market growth strategy with its largest channel partner. This includes driving workforce transformation strategies, vertical IoT solutions and data center modernization initiatives. In his previous role within Intel’s Enterprise Sales Organization, he worked closely with global enterprise customers across retail, financial services and manufacturing consulting with them on client computing, IoT, data center and innovation initiatives.

Steven earned an MBA from DePaul University and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Ohio University.

Their key focus areas include the story we tell, the offers and solutions we sell, and the way we incentivize our field and partners.
Mark is a 16-year Cisco veteran, and has been a top performing sales and change agent in Cisco’s Collaboration Group through its various evolutions and transitions. Mark joined Cisco as an engineer, and was one of the first transitioned into the newly-formed Advanced Technologies group. Since then, Mark has been a highly recognized SE, CSE, Collaboration Specialist and Business Development Manager across multiple business segments, and is a member of the Cisco Chairman’s Club Hall of Fame. He is well known for his thought leadership, his ability to simplify the complex as a subject matter expert in both our solutions as well as those of our competitors, and for capturing mindshare and trust at many levels within Cisco, and with our customers and partners.
Prior to Cisco, Mark held several previous roles, including Manager of IT at Blue Cross/Blue Shield, as a Senior SE for a Cisco partner (where he earned many industry certifications), and as a President’s Club Sales Executive and Manager at Xerox Corporation.
Mark is a graduate of the State University of New York at Buffalo (UB) where he played football. He currently lives in Park City, UT with his wife and 11 children. Mark enjoys family time, his children’s many activities, and giving back through church service where he and his family are very active members.

Schmidt joined CDW in 1992 as an account manager and prior to assuming his current role in 2006, held various positions of increasing responsibility in both the corporate and public sector sales organizations. He has made significant contributions in the development of segmentation models for various business units, along with successfully developing highly effective sales teams. Most recently, Schmidt was responsible for the sales and marketing activities within the non-profit community, overseeing a team exclusively focused on associations, foundations, faith-based organizations and social service groups.

Ankur is the national lead for Office 365 in the US mid-market space. He’s passionate about helping customers of varying sizes in a wide range of industries with their Digital Transformation journey, working in conjunction with his community of Productivity sellers across the US. As the solution lead, he’s also responsible for providing customer feedback and experiences to the product and marketing teams within Microsoft. Ankur holds a engineering degree from Monash University, Australia and a masters from MIT. Prior to Microsoft, Ankur has experience working in the retail industry in the Asia-Pacific region.

Senior Director, Technology and Market Strategy
As Senior Director, Technology & Market Strategy at Polycom, Mike works closely with customers to ensure their needs are at the forefront of Polycom's strategic planning investments. Mike has been focused on the Unified Communications industry for more than 15 years and worked with customers of virtually every size and industry during his tenure at Microsoft and as a consultant while the UC landscape transformed over that time. In addition to his focus on customer success Mike also leads Polycom’s technical solutions experts and the Executive Experience Center program, where customers can get hands-on with Polycom solutions and have detailed discussions about how to best leverage and deploy integrated UC solutions in their environment.
Mike is originally from Houston, TX and now resides in Denver, CO. He graduated from Baylor University with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration with majors in Information Systems and Business Management.
