Bruce Beals is a Solutions Manager for CDW’s team of Unified Communications Solution Architects. He has 27 years of experience in networking and unified communications, all focused on understanding the client’s business requirements, goals and visions. Leveraging this experience ensures CDW Customers a consistent methodology and expertise across CDW’s Collaboration practice. Bruce also keeps a close watch on industry trends and assists in the development of solutions and strategies addressing the continually evolving unified communications landscape. He is a frequent speaker at industry conferences and events. Bruce currently resides in Grand Haven, Michigan.
Director, Digital Workspace Solutions Practice
Nathan Coutinho leads CDW’s Collaboration, Mobility and Productivity business, which makes up the Digital Workspace practice. Coutinho leads strategy and execution of the entire practice along with managing a tenured leadership team with several teams of solution and technical architects. Coutinho has more than 20 years of experience in the IT industry with various roles in consulting, engineering, marketing, management and technical sales. Most recently, Coutinho led project-based strategy and business development activities, supporting multiple groups within CDW. His previous responsibilities included managing a national practice of storage and virtualization field solution architects, the strategy and execution for assessment teams and technology labs, evaluating emerging technologies and educating clients on the trends and directions in the market, with a primary focus on business continuity, cloud and data center optimization. Coutinho graduated from Indiana State University in 1998 with a bachelor of science in management information systems and a minor in accounting.

Steven has over 20 years of sales, marketing, and consulting experience across software, services and hardware industries. In his current role, Steven is responsible for driving Intel’s market growth strategy with its largest channel partner. This includes driving workforce transformation strategies, vertical IoT solutions, and data center modernization initiatives. In his previous role within Intel’s Enterprise Sales Organization, he worked closely with global enterprise customers across retail, financial services, and manufacturing consulting with them on client computing, IoT, data center and innovation initiatives.
Steven joined Intel Solution Services in 2002 as a Client Manager where he was responsible for delivering infrastructure consulting services into Fortune 500 accounts. Prior to 2002, he worked for Proxicom, an internet consulting company, where he served as an Industry Director for its retail and manufacturing practice. From 1995-1999, he held various sales, marketing, and delivery positions for TransTech Consulting and EDS Corporation. Steven earned an MBA from DePaul University in 2007 and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Ohio University 1995.

He has made significant contributions in the development of segmentation models for various business units, along with successfully developing highly effective sales teams. Most recently, Schmidt was responsible for the sales and marketing activities within the non-profit community, overseeing a team exclusively focused on associations, foundations, faith-based organizations and social service groups.

Gagan Singh is Senior Director of Worldwide Product management- Experiences & Innovation for HP’s Business PCs business unit. In this role, he leads a team that provides customer insights marketing product marketing, portfolio planning across new technologies and customer experiences. Singh and his team are also responsible for the portfolio of Security products for the business unit.
Prior to joining HP, Singh worked for Sony Corporation as a VP Product. Singh holds an engineering undergrad from Indian Institute of Technology and a masters from Carnegie Mellon University.
Senior Director, Technology and Market Strategy
As Senior Director, Technology & Market Strategy at Polycom, Mike works closely with customers to ensure their needs are at the forefront of Polycom's strategic planning investments. Mike has been focused on the Unified Communications industry for more than 15 years and worked with customers of virtually every size and industry during his tenure at Microsoft and as a consultant while the UC landscape transformed over that time. In addition to his focus on customer success Mike also leads Polycom’s technical solutions experts and the Executive Experience Center program, where customers can get hands-on with Polycom solutions and have detailed discussions about how to best leverage and deploy integrated UC solutions in their environment.
Mike is originally from Houston, TX and now resides in Denver, CO. He graduated from Baylor University with a Bachelor’s in Business Administration with majors in Information Systems and Business Management.
