Visa Information
Visas will be required for travel to China from some countries. We would suggest that you contact your local Chinese embassy for more information regarding visa requirements. If you wish, you can also use a specialist visa application services company - see details below.
Please remember to allow time for the paperwork to be processed ahead of the Forum. We are unfortunately unable to help directly with your application but we can assist you by providing a letter to accompany your application. Please indicate when registering whether or not you require a visa letter.
(NB our letter will only cover the date of the Forum and allow for reasonable time to travel to, and from Shanghai.)
If you do require a visa letter we will need the following information as part of your registration. (Please remember to have it to hand when you register.)
• Full name as shown on your passport
• Date of Birth
• Company
• Business or Job Title
• Passport Number
• Passport Expiry Date
• Intended Arrival Date
• Intended Departure Date
