Be a partner

In order to exhibit at BiiG 2018 you will need to be a member partner of either CSC or CRC. Once you are a partner of CSC or CRC you will be given an appropriate login to register for your booth(s). 






BOOTH FEES

Included in your booth fee

8' back drape, 3' side drape for all inline booths, aisle carpeting, TWO complimentary badges per booth that entitles its bearer to certain meals during the conference. Additional badges can be purchased during or after registration. Also one 6' draped table, and two chairs for your booth. Your company profile will be included in the website and mobile application. Show specials will be advertised to our attendees if they are included by the show special deadline. 

Booth assignment

Booth registration will be opened first to our sponsors. Soon after, our booths will be assigned on a first come, first serve basis. Campus Stores Canada and Campus Retail Canada reserve the final decision on the placement of any booths. We will always try to provide you with your desired booth, but we cannot guarantee that you will get it. The contract is subject to the general rules, regulations, and policies governing the BiiG 2018 trade show. 

Cancellations

All cancellations must be received in writing address to Campus Stores Canada, 200 - 6 Crowfoot Circle N.W., Calgary, AB, T3G 2T3 or via email: biig@campusstores.ca. If cancellation request is received on or before Dec. 15, 2017, the exhibitor will receive a 50% refund of total booth fee. No refunds will be  given on cancellations made after Dec. 15, 2017.
