Our technical exhibition will run in parallel with the full conference programme. Spaces are available in the networking and exhibition area adjacent to the main conference hall, where all refreshments and lunches will be served.
New two-tier exhibition packages!
This year we are offering a two -tier exhibition package for those attending both days of the event; introducing a low-cost single banner space option along with the usual high-profile full exhibition space option. Full details are below.

Your chosen space (if available) will be provisionally held for you for a limited period only - your booking will be confirmed as soon as you register as an Exhibitor (via the REGISTRATION tab at the top of this page).

The Exhibition Packages
The exhibition arena will be located in the main networking and catering area adjacent to the main conference hall. We are pleased to offer two options, as follows:
- One Exhibitor pass (additional exhibitors must register as delegates)
- A 3m x 2m space-only allocation with a maximum height of 2.7m. N.B. THERE IS NO SHELL SCHEME. Please note that Exhibitors are not permitted to attach anything to the walls.
- A table, two chairs and access to a power socket
- Wifi access
- Delegate pack
- Access to all conference sessions, refreshments, lunches and the Conference Dinner (8th Nov)
- A listing (Company profile with logo) in the ‘Exhibitor Guide’, which forms part of the printed Conference Brochure, distributed in all Delegate Packs

Exhibitor Notes
- No food and drink should be brought onto the premises without prior agreement.
- Build-up is from 06:00hrs on Tuesday 8th November, with breakdown from 17:00hrs on Wednesday 9th November.
- Exhibitors are not permitted to attach anything to the walls or other fixtures and fittings.
- All Exhibitors must provide a completed risk assessment for their exhibition equipment upon request.
- All electrical equipment must hold a current and valid PAT test certificate. Proof of combined inspection and electrical test may be required. (Option 1 only). I you are visiting from overseas, please remember to bring a suitable adaptor for UK 3-pin electrical sockets.
- There is limited parking at the venue on a first-come, first-served basis, and a public car park at the rear of the venue (parking charges apply). Short-term access for unloading and loading of exhibition equipment is available.
- Deliveries will only be accepted (and held at your own risk) between Friday 4th and Monday 7th November during normal office hours. Please label deliveries clearly with your Company name and send to "The BHA Annual Conference (8/9 November), The Glasgow City Hotel Cambridge Street, Glasgow, G2 3HN (tel: 0141626 0062)". Returning goods must be labelled with the name of the courier and date of collection.
- Exhibitors are responsible for any damage caused to the venue and/or equipment belonging to the venue.
- Whilst on the premises, exhibition goods and packing materials must be insured at the expense and risk of the Exhibitor. Neither The Glasgow City Hotel nor the BHA can accept any responsibility for damage, loss, theft, disappearance of or injury to anything or anybody due to any cause. The Exhibitor or any contractor under exhibitor employment is obliged to take out adequate insurance at their own cost against third party risks before the start of the exhibition.
