Affiliate Summit offers real-time Booth and Enclosed Meeting Room inventory enabling you to select and confirm your location immediately. Please follow the steps below to secure your space. (Please note in order to offer real-time inventory, separate registrations are required in order to purchase an Exhibitor Package, Enclosed Meeting Room Package, Meet Market Packet and/or General Sponsorship.)

Booth Packages Include:
  • Exhibitor Booth Space. (Space only. Booth related costs such as tables, chairs, cleaning, electricity, Internet, etc are additional)
  • Exhibitor Passes to the event which can be used by staff of clients. (the number of passes varies based on the size of the booth space purchased. Each Exhibitor Pass includes entrance to the Meet Market, Exhibit Hall, Pub Crawl, RevShare Roundup, Networking Lounge, Demo Days, Keynotes, six (6) session tickets valid for any session during the conference, streaming access to recorded session videos and Streaming access to recorded session videos, Access to the Networking App and Session PowerPoint presentations.)
  • A packet of tickets good for the Exhibitor and Sponsor Snack Break on Sunday and beverages. (Number of tickets varies based on size of the booth purchased. Beverage tickets must be redeemed at designated stations in the Affiliate Summit Conference Area)
  • Ability to purchase Networking, Networking Plus or VIP passes at 25% off the prevailing rate, at the time of purchase..
  • Your company description (approximately 100 words) in the Exhibitor & Sponsor Guide (Subject to receipt of description by the November 1, 2017).
  • Your exhibitor listing located within the Affiliate Summit West 2018 networking platform including your logo, company description and link to your website (Sponsor to upload ASAP). 
  • Exhibitor Badge Ribbons.

Purchasing Your Booth  

Step 1: Determine the booth size that you would like to purchase: 



Step 2: View the Exhibit Hall Map below using the Navigation Controls.  Once you've decided on an available location that corresponds to the booth size you would like to purchase, simply click on that booth and complete your registration. If you would like to purchase a 10'x20' or larger and prefer an unreserved location outside of what is currently displayed, contact us to discuss options.  



Enclosed Meeting Rooms include:
  • A 10' x 10' enclosed meeting space will be provided on the Exhibit Hall floor during the Exhibit Hall Open Hours on Monday and Tuesday. Each meeting space will include one table and four chairs. (Food and beverage, telecom, Internet, and all other charges are additional)
  • Five (5) Exhibitor Passes to the event which can be used by staff of clients. Each Exhibitor Pass includes entrance to the Meet Market, Exhibit Hall, Pub Crawl, RevShare Roundup, Networking Lounge, Demo Days, Keynotes, six (6) session tickets valid for any session during the conference, streaming access to recorded session videos, Access to the Networking App and Session PowerPoint presentations.)
  • Five (5) tickets good for the Exhibitor and Sponsor Snack Break on Sunday 
  • Fifteen (15) Hot Beverage Tickets and fifteen (15) Refreshment Tickets reedemable at designated stations in the Affiliate Summit Conference Area)
  • Ability to purchase Networking, Networking Plus or VIP passes at 25% off the prevailing rate, at the time of purchase.

Purchasing Your Enclosed Meeting Room Location 

View the Exhibit Hall Map using the Navigation Controls. Click on the available Enclosed Meeting Room location that you desire and complete the registration.

Remember, booths are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis, so don't delay.


Using the Navigation Controls
The Navigation controls are located on the right side of your screen.
  1. Zoom Slider: Drag the zoom slider up or down to zoom in or out incrementally.
  2. Zoom: Click + to zoom in on the center of the map. Click - to zoom out.
  3. Arrows: Click the appropriate arrow buttons to move the view north, south, east or west.
