Venue Information
This event will be held at Q Center in Saint Charles, Illinois, a suburb of Chicago. Q Center is a full-service conference center that is designed to support a learning environment. Since it is not open to the public, every guest, regardless if she or he is commuting or staying overnight, needs to "reserve" their attendance.
 
Reservations

Upon completion of the Commission event registration, each attendee must visit Q Center’s online reservation system to reserve a sleeping room or day-only attendance.  A credit card will be required in advance to guarantee and cover all hotel-related expenses. Charges will not be processed until the day of your departure. 
 
 
Rates/Packages

Commuters: Daily Meeting Package (DMP) rate: $95/day (plus tax)
The DMP rate includes: lunch, a.m./p.m. snack break service and use of the fitness center and grounds, including complimentary parking. No sleeping room.


Overnight Guests: Complete Meeting Package (CMP) rate: $200/night (plus tax)
The CMP rate includes: overnight accommodations, three buffet meals*, a.m./p.m. snack break service and use of the fitness center and grounds, and, if applicable, parking.

The CMP includes a comfortable extra long twin bed and a desk. The room also includes free wireless Internet access. Any guest who would like to upgrade to a larger sleeping room with queen size bed, may do so at time of check in (subject to availability). The CMP rate for the larger room is $225 per night.

Check-in begins at 3:00 p.m. and check-out is at 12:00 p.m. Early check-in may be available based on room availability.

Cut-Off Date: Sleeping room reservations must be made by June 28, 2013. Any reservations requested after this date are subject to availability.

Cancellation Penalty: A one-night deposit of $200 will be assessed for cancellations 15 business days (June 28, 2013) or fewer prior to the event start date.
