them, encouraging them to think in new ways, and inspiring
them. Presenting sponsor enjoys headline acknowledgement and
recognition throughout event, and prominent website, eblast,
social media and print publication visibility. Benefits also include
a reserved VIP table in the ballroom, VIP table during breakfast,
exhibit space, advertising, tote bag inserts and multiple (2)
registrations. Presenting sponsor company also receives exposure
in all ASJA media alerts and press releases.
Annual Awards Program $8,000
Each year ASJA recognizes distinguished achievements in articles
and books with awards presented at a gala evening during the
Writers Conference. Benefits include featured website placement,
program, social media, and emarketing recognition. There’s also
an opportunity for welcome remarks and photo opportunities
with honorees. Awards sponsor will also be included in all media
advisories and press releases.
Wi-Fi & Technology $8,000
Your branded wi-fi connection helps attendees stay connected to
each other and the rest of the publishing world. Put your name and
website on the most-trafficked venue of the weekend! Benefits

Awards Reception $5,000

awards section of the onsite program.
Client Connections $5,000 (exclusive)
Editors, book agents, publishers and editorial directors gather
to meet hundreds of writers and make connections for writing
assignments. A special sponsorship opportunity, benefits include
onsite signage in a high-energy, extremely popular space.
Benefits also includes an exhibit table right outside the Client
Connections Ballroom.
Educational Workshops Tracks $5,000/each
ASJA works with our partners to identify up to four educational
sessions to acknowledge your support of the conference.
Benefits include onsite signage, program, social media, and
emarketing presence. Benefits also include an advertisement
in the onsite program.
Attendee Breakfast $3,500/each (two opportunities)
Benefits include reserved VIP breakfast table, online and print
visibility, exclusive breakfast signage, distribution of company
literature on breakfast tables.
Members' Hospitality Lounge $3,000 per day (one or two days)
Interact with ASJA members, attendees, speakers and others in
this exclusive hosted space. Benefits include exclusive signage,
website, program ad, social media, emarketing presence and the
opportunity to distribute materials in the room.
Personal Mentoring Program $2,500
ASJA members provide other writers expert career, writing,
and publishing advice. Benefits include website, program, social
media, and exclusive onsite signage.
Morning or Afternoon Coffee Break $2,500/each
Up to 4 opportunities. Benefits include recognition, signage onsite and social media
shout-outs.
Tote Bags and Lanyards $2,500
Your logo on conference materials puts you front and center
for attendees throughout the entire event. (Sponsor provides
materials or cost of bags.)
Chaperoned Emails $750
We’ll spread the word about your latest products, services,
press releases and select information about your organization,
sent directly from ASJA headquarters. Reach beyond conference
attendees, this is an enhanced opportunity to market to ASJA’s
entire database of professional writers and authors!
Conference Bag Insert / Advertising $500 per item
Reach conference attendees by inserting samples, a giveaway or
literature into the event goody bag. Consider flyers, brochures,
t-shirts, notepads, snacks and logo items.
