In order to participate as an Exhibitor or Sponsor at Affiliate Summit Europe 2018, you must review and agree to both our Exhibitor and Sponsor Terms and Conditions of Attendance and our Attendee Terms and Conditions. We strongly encourage you to print and hold on to both for your records.
Please take note of the following important policies before purchasing your Exhibitor or Sponsorship package:
- Exhibitor Meet Market packages and Sponsorship packages will not be sold to "adult" companies. The definitions of what Affiliate Summit defines as adult companies can be found here. You will be required to sign an affidavit confirming compliance.
- Meet Market locations are allocated in the order that companies have registered, without other biases or preferences.
- Compensation, Commercial General Liability (CGL), Personal Injury and Blanket Contractual Liability insurance policies are required and must be evidenced with Certificate of Insurance (COI).
- If you are planning on using a trade show display, banner, etc. that you already own, please ensure that it complies with our Meet Market regulations.
- All payments for exhibitor and sponsorship packages are due within ten (10) business days of registration. Non-payment will result in automatic cancellation of the package.
- Affiliate Summit Exhibitor Insurance is available to exhibitors who have purchased an Exhibitor Meet Market Package. Affiliate Summit Exhibitor Insurance enables exhibitors purchasing the aforementioned packages to cancel their registration up to thirty (30) calendar days prior to the commencement of the Event and receive a full refund of their registration fees. The cost of Affiliate Summit Exhibitor Insurance is £375 for each Exhibitor Meet Market Package purchased and it must be added at the time of registration. - If an exhibitor declines Affiliate Summit Exhibitor Insurance and cancels their Exhibitor Meet Market Package at any time for any reason, the exhibitor will be responsible for the entire Exhibitor Package fee.
