Hotel facilities include 2 swimming pools with spa and sundeck, plus a fitness centre and tennis court, room service is available 24 hours a day. The hotel has 2 bars and 5 restaurants. Located on the floor 26, Four Winds 360 Restaurant is Queensland's only revolving restaurant.

Crowne Plaza Surfers Paradise is only minutes walk from many restaurants and shops. The Florida Gardens G:Link Tram station is located directly on the the doorstep and offers 2-minute tram rides to the heart of Surfers Paradise or Broadbeach.  A complimentary preloaded Go Card can be requested at check in (for Delegates only) this will provide you with daily return transfers to the and from the Conference Centre from Thursday - Sunday.

Room Features

Standard King Room (Main Tower)
Features: located up to the 9th floor, these rooms feature two double beds, separate shower and bath, LCD TV, table and chairs, and a furnished private balcony

Standard Twin Room (Main Tower)
Features: either a king bed or 2 x twin beds with a maximum of 3 people per room. A limited number of twin room options are available and are subject to availability.

Deluxe King Room (Gold Tower)
Features: Deluxe King Spa Ocean view rooms are located on floors 10-20. The rooms feature a king size bed, sofa bed, LCD TV, corner spa, table and chairs and a furnished private balcony with views of the Pacific Ocean.

1 additional person can be accommodated in each room:
Gold Tower - Rollaway $65 for additional person room only
Main Tower - Use of sofa bed $65 for additional person room only

Breakfast rate: Full Buffet breakfast $22.00 if pre purchased, $32 charge if purchased on the day.

Car parking $15 car/night or Valet parking $25 daily charge

All IHG Rewards members (free to join) will be offered complimentary standard internet. Internet rate $19 for 24hrs.

Room rates are GST inclusive for Main Tower only. Gold Tower is GST exempt.


Deposits & Cancellation Policy
Cancellations within 30- 15 days one night accommodation will be charged. No refund is given for rooms cancelled within 14 days of stay – incurring 100% cancellation fee.

Accommodation cancellations will only be accepted in writing. Full cancellations made more than 30 days prior to guest's check-in dates will be refunded as per hotel's cancellation policy less a $10.00 fee to cover cancellation processing administration.

Getting to and from the Convention Centre
To provide flexibility to delegates this year APP will be offering travel via GLink, below are the details.

The Gold Coast Convention Centre can be accessed via the GLink Light Rail network, from Crowne Plaza walk 50m to Florida Gardens station from here catch GLink for 1 stop, hop off at Broadbeach North from here it is a short 2min walk to the Convention Centre.  GLink services run every 7mins between 7am and 7pm and every 10mins outside these times on weekdays and every 10min on weekends.

A complimentary preloaded Go Card can be requested at check in (for Delegates only) this will provide you with daily return transfers to the and from the Conference Centre from Thursday - Sunday.

Alternatively Crowne Plaza is a 15-20min walk to the Convention Centre.

Street Party
A coach shuttle service will run on Saturday night from 6:30pm to The Star for the APP Street Party and will return delegates to their hotels with return services running from 10:15pm - 12:15am.
An itinerary will be available at the conference.
