Dear ConferenceDirect Partners,

Fifteen years ago, my partner Brian Richey and I held ConferenceDirect’s first Annual Partner Meeting at the Gaylord Opryland in Nashville, Tennessee for just 15 people U-shaped. Last year, ConferenceDirect held its largest, most successful Annual Partner Meeting to date at the Aria Resort in Las Vegas, Nevada with close to 1,000 registered Partners over the three official event dates. We also held our 2nd Annual Charity Golf Tournament raising money for the MPI Foundation. We are so pleased to see this progress and growth and could not do it without your partnership!

We are therefore, once again, pleased to open registration for Annual Partner Meeting 2014 to be held in Anaheim, California – March 23 – 27, 2014. ConferenceDirect partnered with the Anaheim/Orange County Convention & Visitors Bureau to bring the meeting to Anaheim and showcase their new Grand Plaza project making the connectivity between the Anaheim Convention Center, Hilton Anaheim and Marriott Anaheim an even more seamless and accessible of a meeting complex.

Our Annual Partner Meeting will feature opportunities for you to meet with over 200+ qualified ConferenceDirect Associates over the course of our event including some NEW enhancements we have added based on your feedback. Partners attending APM2014 will once again have the opportunity to choose to participate in the reverse trade show on any one of three trade show days available. For an additional fee, you can choose to participate in the trade show more than one day to increase your time with our Associates.

We have built new break-out sessions for you to participate in in addition to the Partnership and CVENT break-outs offered in the past including more break-outs from our SMMP account leaders and International Associates. The luncheon on Tuesday, March 25th has been designated a CVB Destination Celebration luncheon for preferred CVB partners to enhance your APM experience by increasing the amount of time you are able to spend with our Associates by providing a meal period opportunity to dine with key Associates. And of course, we will offer our 3rd Annual Charity Golf Tournament in 2014!
