2017 Alarm Conference

Welcome

The Alarm Conference is returning to Manchester from 25 to 27 June 2017. Responding to Member needs we have set a wide and varied workshop timetable covering the diverse range of areas that Members increasingly find themselves responsible for. Please do take time to look at the timetable and consider the great benefits of attending.

This year we are reintroducing a Conference freshers’ event to encourage all those that have never been to Conference before to attend. The networking session will allow new attendees to meet with one another in an informal environment, and find out how to get the most out of your time at the Alarm Conference. For those that have been before, we are offering an even greater variety of topics and sessions to ensure you get the most out of your time away from the office. Recognising the difficulty in time away from the office, Members are welcome to attend as day or full delegates as part of your Alarm membership.

The Conference and exhibition offer fantastic opportunities to engage and network with fellow risk professionals. Join us and discover how exhibitors can help your organisation manage risks in a more cost-effective and efficient manner, through the wide range of products and services specifically designed for public service organisations.

The Conference also provides an opportunity to join us at the Alarm Risk Awards dinner, recognising risk excellence within our sectors. We will be celebrating those individuals and organisations who have demonstrated outstanding innovative achievement in managing risks. I strongly encourage you to review your accomplishments over the past year and consider submitting an entry. The 2017 Risk Awards dinner will take place on 26 June at the Principal Hotel, Manchester.

A reminder to all Members, that Conference continues to be included as part of your membership, so please do make use of this great additional benefit and join us as a full or day delegate and make the most from all of the training and networking opportunities available to support you in your role.

I hope to see you there.
