AHUG 2018 will be held at the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre - corner of Merivale & Glenelg Streets, South Brisbane.
An accommodation block has been arranged at the Novotel Brisbane South Bank, 38 Cordelia Street, South Brisbane, which is just 100 metres from the conference venue.
A special conference accommodation rate of $275 for a Standard Room with breakfast for one has been negotiated. A room without breakfast is $250.
A deposit amount equal to one nights accommodation will be
collected to secure your room. This will
be forwarded to the Novotel Brisbane South Bank, prior to your arrival, and be allocated
to your room. You will then need to pay
for additional nights on checkout. A credit card number is required when booking. This information will be requested during your registration process. You will be responsible for settling your account directly with the hotel on your departure.
Hotel cancellation policy: Within 20 days of the event, any cancellations incur full charge as a penalty.
Accommodation will be booked within the registration process.
