AHUG 2017 will be held in the ballroom on the eleventh floor of the Rydges World Square, 389 Pitt Street, Sydney. The Hotel is conveniently located closed to Sydney's Central train station, close to China Town, Darling Harbour, Theatres and many delicious restaurants.
A special conference accommodation rate of $299 for a Deluxe King Room with breakfast for one has been negotiated. An additional breakfast can be purchased at $22 per room night.
A deposit amount equal to one nights accommodation will be
collected to secure your room. This will
be forwarded to Rydges Central Sydney, prior to your arrival, and be allocated
to your room. You will then need to pay
for additional nights on checkout. A credit card is also when booking. This information will be requested during your registration process. You will be responsible for settling your account directly with the hotel on your departure.
Hotel cancellation policy: Within 14 days of the event, any cancellations incur full charge as a penalty.
