  • ePoster Presentations (Friday 10 a.m. until 2 p.m.)

The advance registration rate deadline is May 19, 2016, at 7 p.m. CDT.
Regular registration closes June 30, 2016 at 5 p.m. CDT.
Onsite registration opens on July 13, 2016 at 3 p.m.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Registration: Full refunds, less a $50 processing fee, will be granted if written requests are received by the AGD on or before 5 p.m. CDT June 23, 2016. Cancellation requests received after the June 23rd deadline will not be eligible for credit or refund. Please email your request to meetings@agd.org or fax to 312.440.0513.

Education Courses: Full refunds will be granted if written requests are received by the AGD by 5 p.m. CDT June 13, 2016. Cancellation requests received less than 30 days prior to the first official day of the annual meeting, with the exception of AGD member dentist registrants who have been elevated to delegate or alternate delegate status, will not be eligible for a credit or refund. Please email requests to courses@agd.org, or fax to 312.440.0513 (Attn: AGD 2016 Courses).

All cancellations and refunds will be processed within 60 days after AGD 2016.

Registration and attendance at, or participation in AGD 2016 and other associated activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to permit the Academy of General Dentistry to the use and distribution of the registrant or attendee's image and/or voice in photographs, videos, electronic reproductions, audiotapes, and in any media, now or hereafter contemplated, in perpetuity, in the sole discretion of the AGD.
