Working in tandem with the continent sales & marketing leaders David and his team develop and implement sales strategies for targeted high-value accounts. He has served in leadership positions including Cluster Director of Sales & Marketing – UK Southeast, Director of London Market Sales and Area Director of Sales & Marketing, Eastern Europe. In 2013 his efforts were awarded with the prestigious Stephen G. Marriott Global Sales & Culture Leadership award. 
 
Rhonda Brewer CIS

With 30 years of experience in the travel and hospitality industry, Rhonda Brewer promises to drive innovation and growth at RMC. Currently servicing as the Chief Sales and Operations Officer at RMC, she has had extensive experience in sales and operations. She leverages that knowledge and applies it to support our strategic growth. Starting her career at Maritz Travel in 1990 as a Travel Coordinator, she has since served in several higher-level positions, including Project Manager; Vice President of Operations; Vice President of Business Development and Industry Relations; Vice President of Strategy, Communications and Administration; Vice President of Channel Management and Operations in the business solution group and Vice President of Sales. Brewer currently serves as the immediate Past-President for the SITE Board of Directors. She is actively involved in SITE, leading the educational efforts for 2013 and sponsorship refresh in 2014. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Southwest Missouri State University.

He leads teams of Client Advisors and Business Development Executives that work to acquire and expand accounts with Fortune 500 companies that are seeking to drive business results through people-centered solutions including meetings, events and incentives, as well as employee engagement, sales effectiveness, and channel loyalty. David’s responsibilities include strategic and business planning, execution, leadership, relationship management, and client executive sponsorship at major pharmaceutical, financial, and technology clients.
 
Patrick Delaney DMCP

With Padraic Gilligan, Patrick started the Delaney Marketing Group two decades ago.  They rebranded three times to become Ovation Global DMC.  Patrick is now Managing Partner of Sool-Nua, another viewpoint for meetings and events.

Patrick was awarded Lifetime Achievement Award from Reed Exhibitions in 2013 and will be inducted into the Convention Industry Council Hall of Fame during IMEX 2016.  Patrick is on the advisory board of IBTM World and is a member and former President of Carrickmines Croquet and Lawn Tennis Club, one of the oldest clubs in Ireland.

Two decades ago, Padraic formed the Delaney Marketing Group with Patrick Delaney.  They rebranded three times to become Ovation Global DMC.  Padraic is now Managing Partner of Sool-Nua, another viewpoint for meetings and events.

Padraic authors the well-read blog, Padracino, and was the DMC Professional of the Year from ADMEI in 2012.  Padraic serves on many key industry advisory boards and has written more than 100 songs.
 
Gordon Keay

Gordon Keay joined Marriott International in February 2013 after a 27-year career in the UK military where he gained considerable international experience in security operations, training policy, design and delivery, and crisis and change management.  As the Senior Director GS&S Europe, he is responsible for overseeing the delivery and development of the regional safety & security program in 498 hotels across 21 brands and 36 countries.  Gordon has a Master of Science Degree in Security Management from Loughborough University and is a member of the Risk & Security Management Forum. He resides in southern England with his wife and two daughters and enjoys skiing, cycling and swimming.
 
Justin Kelley

Justin is a 24 year veteran of the Connecticut State Police Department where he served as Commanding Officer/Executive Officer of the Connecticut State Police Emergency Services Unit. As a Bomb Squad commander, he was a member of the FBI’s Joint Terrorism Task Force. Justin is a subject matter expert for the National Center for Security and Preparedness in the area of Advanced Active Shooter and IED Response for First Responders and Investigators. He has also traveled to active shooter sites and met with first responders and survivors from some of USA’s worst active shooter incidents including: Aurora CO, Newtown CT, and Virginia Tech.

As the Managing Director of Operations at MSA Security he is responsible for more than 350 employees and manages operations of the largest Explosive Detection Canine program in North America. He oversees the strategic planning and daily execution of MSA Security both domestically and internationally in functional areas which include Explosive Detecting Canine Training and Operations, SmartTech™, Emergency Operations Center (EOC) operations, Executive Protection and Intellectual Property, Enhanced Security Programs, Hostile Surveillance Specialist, Critical Infrastructure and Key Resources, Scheduling, Information Technology and Facilities Management.
 
Eda Özden

Eda Özden is the Director of Business Development at MEP, a Destination Business Solutions Company based in Istanbul, Turkey. Having embraced the ‘travel bug’ early on and embodying the passionate aspirations of the Millennial generation,  Eda has focused her career on digital and creative mediums for promoting her destination and company. She heads the Sales & Marketing Team of MEP, in charge of all CRM efforts as well as Global Accounts and Brand Management. She’s been an ardent supporter of SITE Global, who was instrumental in her joining the industry. Having served as the co-chair of Young Leaders Program for two years, she is now one of the European Directors on the Global Board. She is also on the Board of World of DMCs, an association of global DMCs as well as the Board of SITE  Turkey Chapter.

Annamaria Ruffini CIS, CMP

Annamaria Ruffini is the founder, president and CEO of the Incentive House and DMC Events In & Out based in Rome, Italy.  She has been in the motivation and incentive industry since 1986.,

She has been a SITE member since 1996, and she chaired the Italy Chapter in 2009-2010. In 2011 she was given, in recognition for holding «the highest standard of excellence in creating or executing motivational events», the SITE Master Motivator Award, and in the same year was awarded the Global Award of the World Travel Market for her outstanding contribution to Italian tourism.

In Italy she is known also for her hands-on manual "Ecoeventi", the very only Italian booklet about theories and practices of eco-sustainable incentive trips, conventions and tradefairs. This book, which she co-authored with 2 colleagues, earned the Green Tourism National Award in 2015. 

She’s been elected in the International Board of Directors of SITE (2013-2015 and 2016-2018), representing Europe within the Board and moreover she has been elected President Elect for the year 2017.

Christophe Verstraete is the Executive Director of euromic  the power of local knowledge. This non-commercial Association was created in 1973 to market and promote its members to the meetings, conferences and incentive travel industry on a worldwide basis.

Today, with forty years of experience, euromic has  members in 45 countries.

Coming from an hotelier background, Christophe joined the Association at the turn of the century and oversees, on behalf of its Board of Directors, the management & administration, the sales & marketing activities as well as the communication strategies of the Association. He is passionate advocate of the industry and has served President of the SITE Belgium Chapter from 2005 to 2008.

 
Leonardo Visani

Leonardo Visani has more than 15 years’ experience in the event organization as project manager of one the most important Italian PCO. The Business Development Manager of ​the Firenze Convention & Visitors Bureau for the past 2 years, he has the task to realize and present bids and to promote the whole destination through dedicated activities.​ One of his responsibilities is to work with PCO and DMC members on the acquisition of congresses and events in the city of Florence, developing also new projects and strategies.
