Main Registration Packages
Onsite Registration Package (May 20 - June 19):
- $253 - ADHA Members/Delegates/Alternates
- $145 - ADHA Students
- $305 - Non-Members (hygienists, dentists, dental assistants, other oral health care professionals)
- $100 - Guests (non-oral healthcare professionals, spouses, etc.)
- $100 - 1 Day Pass Only (Friday or Saturday; includes admission to General Session and Exhibits only)
Main Registration Package includes Admission to:
- Wednesday night Welcome Reception, (limited capacity) compliments of Young Dental
- Wednesday Community Service Day - give back to the host city
- Thursday and Saturday General Sessions (1 CE Hour Each), compliments of Philips and Crest/ Oral-B
- FREE Coffee prior to both Thursday & Saturday General Sessions, compliments of Wrigley
- Exhibits on Friday & Saturday: Tons of Swag! (1 CE Hour)

Two Options for CE Courses
1. The NEW All-Inclusive CE Seminar Pass: Allows you to choose as many CE Seminars as you want for a bundled price of $149. This option DOES NOT include Hands-on Workshops.
2. À la Carte: You can pick and choose as many individual CE seminars and Hands-On Workshops, at your price point. CE Seminars and Hands-on Workshops vary on length, amount of CE Hours earned and price. If you do not wish to attend any CE Seminars or Hands-on Workshops, choose this option in case you change your mind later.

- Hands-On Workshop (1hr): $30
- Seminar (1hr): $18

Continuing Education Seminar Admission Policy:
- No one will be admitted to any ticketed Annual Conference event or continuing education seminar without a ticket or other authorization by ADHA staff
- Children are not permitted/allowed in continuing education seminars for any reason
- Attendees registered for continuing education seminars must arrive within 20 minutes of the start time of the seminar to be eligible for continuing education credit
Additional Events for an Additional Fee:
- IOH In Motion 5K: Run, Walk, Fun - $30 - Register Here
- IOH In Motion 5K: Run, Walk, Fun After Glow Party - Complimentary/$100
- This is a celebration party immediately following the Run. If a participant raises more than $100 in fundraising, they receive a complimentary ticket to the After Glow
- Attendees who do not raise the minimum amount fundraising or do not participate in the run are still able to attend The After Glow. Tickets are $100.
- President's Dinner - $100 per ticket ($65 for delegates, students and student delegates)

- Thursday, June 15: 6:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
- Friday, June 16: 6:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
- Saturday, June 17: 7:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Attendee Registration Materials Mailed in Advance:
Registration badges are mailed in advance* beginning in late-May. Be sure that your mailing address is correct when completing your registration. If you have not received your packet, please email registration@adha.net.
*International attendees, Exhibits only attendees badges and Exhibitor Badges will not be mailed in advance. Badges will be available for pick up on-site at the Prime Osborn Convention Center when registration opens on Wednesday, June 14, 2017.
Registration Cancellation Policy:
Notification of registration/CE seminar cancellation for ADHA's 94th Annual Conference must be submitted in writing to the ADHA via email, mail or fax no later than Wednesday, June 21, 2017, for consideration. Telephone calls and messages will not be considered eligible for cancellation. Fees will be fully refunded for cancellations received in writing on or before Friday, May 19, 2017, with the exception of IOH donations. Please allow 5-7 business days for refund processing and notification of refund.
After Friday, May 19, 2017, all refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. After Friday, May 19, 2017, should you wish to cancel or switch a seminar - you must do so on-site at the event. Please note that no refund will be provided for the cost of the seminar, or difference in seminar fee should you select to switch to a seminar at a lower price point. All refund request submissions will be reviewed after the 94th Annual Conference event. Please allow six to eight weeks after June 21, 2017 for processing/notification of refund.
