Note: The hall is carpeted, but custom carpet can be ordered.

Items NOT included in HLC exhibit fee:

  • Material handling by Hyatt Regency Chicago or Freeman.
  • Hard-wired internet lines.
  • Electrical (can be ordered from Freeman).

Guidelines

  • All booths must be staffed and ready when the show floor opens at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday, April 1, and at all times when the Exhibit Hall is open through 3:00 p.m. on Monday, April 3.
  • Tear-down cannot begin until after 3:00 p.m. on Monday, April 3.
  • All exhibitors must read and abide by the Rules and Regulations.

Advance receiving dates: Friday, March 3 - Thursday, March 23
Showsite receiving date: Friday, March 31, Noon–5:00 p.m.

Exhibitor Service Manual
The Exhibitor Service Manual is now available and will be provided in the confirmation email upon approval of each application. It provides order forms, quick facts related to the conference, and information on freight pickup and delivery, drayage, standard material handling fees, rental of tables and chairs, audio-visual support, labor, utilities, and so forth. In keeping with HLC’s green initiatives, a print version of the Exhibitor Service Manual will not be provided.
