The CCIV immersion session will explore the clinical integration journeys of hospitals and medical groups. Within each featured case study by Baptist Medical Group, Baylor Health Care System, and Sutter Health, participants will be exposed to the challenges and opportunities experienced by each organization as they worked to successfully merge medical groups into hospital systems. The workshop will open with a thought provoking key note presentation by Daniel Zismer, Ph.D. on the drivers, design and strategy for integration and close with expanded panel interaction between the speakers and the participants.
