I would like to book...

You have several discounts on offer. Can I have more than one discount applied to my booking? 

Discount offers can not be combined together. Only one discount can be applied per booking.

Can I share my ticket with a colleague?

If you would like to share your ticket with a colleague you must apply in writing to us via email. A decision will be made at our discretion. 

 

I have already booked….

I haven’t received confirmation of my booking. When should I expect to receive it?

You will receive confirmation by email within 24 hours from the time of booking. If you do not receive your confirmation email within this timeplease contact us.

When will I receive my ticket? 

Your ticket will be emailed to you one week before the event. You must bring your ticket with you to register.

I have not received my ticket and the event is less than one week away. What should I do?

Contact the events team to check your email address. If you do not receive your ticket prior to the event, please bring a business card with you to register.

 

Invoices and payment ....

My invoice is incorrect. Who should I contact to amend it?

You should send any changes, including your invoice number as reference, to the events team.

I haven’t received an invoice/receipt for my booking. Can you send me one?

Yes. Email us with your request.

I have credit from a previous event. Can I use it to come to this event?

Yes. You must inform the events team in writing via email if you wish to transfer on to this event.  

 

I can no longer make it to the event…. 

Can I cancel my booking and get a refund? 

We do not accept cancellations. Transfers to future events are by written request only. Please email us with your request.

Can I transfer my booking to my colleague or to another event?

You can transfer your booking to a colleague or hold it as credit for a future Hedge Fund Intelligence event. If you would like to transfer your booking please contact us.

 

I have a general event query….

Can I have a delegate list?

It is our policy not to release delegate lists. A list of companies registered to attend will be released 10 working days before the event.

What is the dress code for this event?

Business attire

Can I claim CPT/CPD credits for this event?

This event is not CPT/CPD accredited. However, if you would like written confirmation of your attendance, please contact us and we will be happy to provide an official letter confirming your attendance at the conference.
