Exhibit Booths

The following will be provided for Exhibitors/Sponsors:

  • One (1) 8 foot exhibit space*Please note: Your display must fit in the allotted space due to strict Fire Marshal codes.
  • One (1) Six Foot Table with skirting
  • Two (2) Chairs

All exhibit booths will be located in the Sapphire Ballroom, Sapphire North Foyer, or the Sapphire West Foyer at the Hilton San Diego Bayfront, San Diego. You will receive correspondence requesting your booth location preferences. We will do our best to accommodate requests, however they will be considered on a first come first served basis dependent upon your sponsorship level and when your registration form was received.

*A limited quantity of 10’ spaces may be available for an upgrade fee - contact karin@dentalmangers.com for more information.


Conference Attendance
Registration is required. Independent of your payment and any forms submitted to AADOM, you must register all exhibit booth staff through the registration process.


Hotel Accommodations and Reservations
Hilton San Diego Bayfront is located in San Diego, CA; only a short walk to the Gaslamp District, across the street from San Diego Padres’ Petco Park and minutes from San Diego International Airport (SAN).

The group rate is $185-$235 +Tax for rooms within the block and is available until August 15, 2014, as long as rooms are still available. After that date, the group rate will be subject to availability. Please contact the hotel directly for any room requests prior to the conference at 619-564-3333. Shipping Information
Shipments should not arrive before August 5, 2014. Storage fees will be assessed for items arriving prior to this date or stored after September 10th, 2014.
