LOCATION
All sessions will be held on the main campus of Colorado State University (CSU) in Fort Collins, Colorado. Registration is in the Lory Student Center. Sessions will be in the Clark Building and the Lory Student Center. Fort Collins is located 65 miles north of Denver on Interstate 25. The University is easily accessed via all exits from the interstate.
PARKING
Parking permits for the full length of the School will be distributed by CSU staff at the Lory Student Center – Transit Center - north parking lot (off Laurel) Monday March 16, between 10:00a.m. and 12:00p.m. for participants and Tuesday March 17, between 09:30a.m. and 11:00a.m. for the exhibitors.
The parking permit must be displayed in your vehicle’s front window and will allow you to park in the A, X and Z zoned areas of campus parking lots (see Campus Map – Parking). This permit is not valid in metered (Pay-to-Park), handicapped, or other zones. Please read and follow the instructions printed on the permit. Note: If you are driving a vehicle owned by a staff, faculty, or student the enclosed permit is not valid. The large lot west of Moby Arena is the parking area for “oversized vehicles” that require more than one standard parking space (includes trailers). Overnight camping is prohibited on University property.
