The registration deadline is Thursday, October 4, 2012, although on-site registration will be available at the conference. Cancellations much be in writing and must be received by the OAFC on or before September 30, 2012 in order to receive a refund. In the event of cancellation, the registration fee, minus $30 for administration costs, will be refunded. While there are no refunds after September 30, you are welcome to send a substitute if circumstances prevent you from attending.
