Sushi Train

Sushi Train Pty Ltd brought the rotation sushi bar system, a unique part of the Japanese food culture, to Australia originally for the first time. Due to it's popularity, Sushi Train has always been extremely well supported over the years.

Sushi Train began with its first restaurant in Queensland's Surfers Paradise in 1994. It was named Sushi Train because of it's unique original concept of taking food dishes past the customer using a model train railway system. This has been replaced now by a simpler, more conventional conveyor system that also takes food past the customer's table regularly.
Currently, 23 Sushi Train restaurants are set up within Australia and 1 in New Zealand. All restaurants are sticking thoroughly to the traditional Sushi Train policy of always providing the use of totally fresh food and delivering the most Delicious sushi and value for money.

All high quality ingredients for Sushi Train are supplied from a Central Kitchen in each state ensuring a totally fresh product is delivered to each restaurant. Highly qualified sushi chefs then professionally turn the ingredients into a product of great quality. This professionalism within Sushi Train cannot be matched by any of it's competitors.
