**** IMPORTANT NOTE : TEN Japanese restaurant Head Chef Mr. Hiroshi Miura was originally scheduled to appear in this event, and had been included in advertisements and other marketing materials publicising this event, however, due to unforeseen circumstances Mr. Miura is no longer able to participate. Please rest assured this change will in no way effect the quality of the course to be delivered by TEN restaurant, on the contrary, JTB event management believes having a female chef of Ms Nemoto's calibre join the event will add a new and unique dynamic to an already amazing event.
