A limited number of exhibitor spaces are still available for this anchor event for Montana's manufacturers where more than 50 exhibitors with services & products to support manufacturing will be on hand in the highly visible Exhibitor Hall at the MCC trade show building of the Holiday Inn Grand Montana, Billings.

If you are interested in exhibit space, contact Deborah Nash at Montana Manufacturing Extension Center for more detail and an authorization form no later than September 3. The Exhibitor space fee of $550 includes two registrations to all activities and meals.  Payment for the space must be made on or before September 10, 2010 (unless other arrangements are made).
Celebrate Manufacturing Week Networking Social (plenty of food and cash bar) in the Exhibitor Hall on Thursday evening Oct. 7 followed by a Dessert Talk: "China, What's Up with That?"   The reception is co-sponsored by Bresnan Communications, the Small Business Development Center (SBDC), and Montana Department of Commerce in conjunction with co-hosts Montana Manufacturing Extension Center and NorthWestern Energy.


Exhibitor Set Up  & Tear Down Information 
Set up times for exhibitors will be on Wednesday, Oct. 6 from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. and again on October 7 from 7 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. You are responsible for handling any booth setups or materials and retrieving them by the end of the conference. Conference activities begin at 7:30 a.m. on Oct.7 and the Exhibit Hall  will officially open at 10:30 a.m.  The exhibit area will remain open during conference hours so please secure at-risk items when not attending your booth. Conference hosts assume no liability for your equipment/materials.
Tear down of exhibit space cannot occur until after 10:30 a.m. on Friday, Oct. 8 and must be torn down and removed not later than 4 p.m. Oct. 8.
